I ordered a set of these and received one as a Christmas gift this year. The first set arrived in perfect condition, they are packed for shipping really well. I was very surprised when my gifted set arrived and 3 plates were broken. I sent an email that night explaining my situation. I was emailed back within the hour and received amazing customer service. They received the pictures of my broken plates and started the process to ship replacements. Within about 3 days I received a replacement set. I am extremely satisfied and impressed by the level of service. The dishes themselves are beautiful, and look stunning in my kitchen. I like the weight and thickness of the plates. I do wish the bowls were slightly deeper, but that’s a personal preference. So far I’ve had no issues with cleaning them, both in the dishwasher and by hand. They have a nice clear coat and wipe clean very easily. They don’t stack perfectly, but I kind of like the more rustic style of the plates so it doesn’t bother me, my husband disagrees. So that might be up to your preference as well. All that said I think these dishes are a great set and worth the price. I am very happy with my purchase, and extremely pleased with the customer support.

Beautiful dishes! The lip around the plates are perfect for a minimal look but also functional. If you’re looking get them! Dishwasher safe and easy to clean what more can you ask for! Only down side is these did take AWHILE to get to me BUT these don’t lose a star because they are just perfect plates! PS they did not come broken or chipped and they traveled far!

Bought these before Christmas last year. Nearly half a year later and these are holding up well. They've seen tons of use including going through the dishwasher innumerable times. The plates stack well, resist chipping, and have remained as good looking as they day I unboxed them. They also resist scratches from steak knives and other metal utensils. They are heavy - which is a testament to their quality and durability, so that's not a downside. This was a great buy and so much better than the thinner cheaper plates at some brick and mortar houseware shops.

Wanted a "proper" dinner set and thought this fit the bill. Bought it during the Spring Sale and have been loving everything in it ever since. The large dinner plates are bigger than expected which I really like and my boyfriend favors the smaller plates. We both like the bowls. Haven't used the flatter ones yet but I'm planning on bringing them out for our next taco night. We love the teal color. Very appreciative of how thick and heavy they are too - feels like very good quality ceramic material. They're very easy to clean by hand and easy to stack and store. Extremely happy with purchase and would definitely order from this company again.

I had purchased this set because we wanted to replace our older correll set. When set arrived it was well packaged and none of the plates where damaged. The color was as expected. Shortly after we place one dish in the microwave to heat up some leftovers when all of a sudden the dish cracked in half. We call customer service and they did respond within a few days. I explained what happened and they stated that the dishes where in fact microwave safe. They then proceeded to replace the broken plate. Today we placed a dish in the microwave and guess what another cracked dish. With the correll set we had no issues ever with placing them in the microwave. At this rate the entire set will be broken within a year. The fix is now we have to purchase a different set to be able to use in the microwave. This is a follow up review of the product. Customer service was very responsive. By Phone and by e-mail. It may take a day or two but we in the U.S. must realize that we are dealing with a European country and there is a time difference. They have replaced the items that have cracked and insured me that the plates are microwave safe. Other than the issue with the microwave these plates are what we were looking for, that European look and style. Thank you the ladies at customer service.
