Ordered these Copkim 12 Pcs Electrical Box Electrical Junction Box Galvanized Steel Metal Electrical Boxs as I am a journeyman electrician and I can use these on new construction jobs or in outbuildings. These came packaged in a cardboard box with a basic amazon tag and no other information. I would have preferred a spec sheet showing listing status, box fill etc. These do measure out a 1 1/2 inch square boxes that have 21 inches of volume for conductor fill. The raised bump for the ground screw helps with the back of the box sitting flush on a metal surface allowing the screw to pass through the back of the box without being cut down. Pretty standard construction, lots of 1/2 and 3/4 inch knockouts and a UL listing stamp on the product. Not sure if it is genuine though. Price wise these are not bad if you need a bunch of them delivered, I would try to get them on sale. Design wise they seem a copy of the brand name boxes that rhyme with Draco.

Ok so I got this set of 12 because I am doing some electrical work like adding new lights and wiring up through my attic, I need junction boxes to keep everything safe and whatnot so I thought getting a multi-pack was better than going to the big box store every time. I had one from a store lying around so I thought I could give a little comparison, not like it really matters to me but they are just a hair different than the store-bought ones. The biggest differences are that these boxes actually come with the ground screw which I thought was fantastic, they are a little more shallow, have just as many punch-out holes, and the screws are in the exact same place (I checked with my cover plate). All in all this is a deal compared to buying singles.
