I bought this for my ten year old son’s Christmas present and when he opened it we realized every pack was already opened on the bottom and there were soooooooooooo many cards missing !!! I bought two of these roughly a week apart during Christmas. Keep in mind, I do not earn a lot of money. They were around $60 at the time. The first time I received some really nice pulls, awesome artwork, shinies and all! The second time, I was instead mailed an in-home video projector... I don't know what happened but trying to get my return processed was an absolute nightmare when I needed another one immediately for a gift and it honestly put me off of Pokémon for a while. I had to fight with several bots and tried to plea my case to different Amazon customer service reps and only received my refund about a month AFTER Christmas. I love this product. The pull rates are ridiculous. Almost every pack will give you something. But what you purchase shouldn't be random. Ordered this about 5 times and I keep getting the Shiny Quaxly Premium Collection box over and over again. Sadness.
