Although all the contents were in the box, when the box arrived there was a sticker on the plastic of the box that seems likely difficult to remove so even if you were just buying it as a display item as some people do the product would've been ruined. After opening the box and going through everything, once I got to the packs and picked the first pack up, while trying to open it the cards slid out the bottom and while i'm sitting there like "???" I check and realize every single pack is already open. Understandably not a single foil higher than rare quality. no secret rares etc. ... show more

I bought two of these roughly a week apart during Christmas. Keep in mind, I do not earn a lot of money. They were around $60 at the time. The first time I received some really nice pulls, awesome artwork, shinies and all! The second time, I was instead mailed an in-home video projector... I don't know what happened but trying to get my return processed was an absolute nightmare when I needed another one immediately for a gift and it honestly put me off of Pokémon for a while. I had to fight with several bots and tried to plea my case to different Amazon customer service reps and only received my refund about a month AFTER Christmas.
