Included with the cooktop is a cardboard template for cutting your countertop for flush mounting and a conversion kit for switching from natural gas to propane. It can also be used as a portable surface-mount cooktop, making it a great option for camping trips or occasional patio cooking. The cooktop requires a 110V power source for electric ignition; however, if electricity is unavailable, you can light the burners with a lighter. In conclusion, this is an excellent, space-saving gas cooktop. The combination of stainless steel and black cast-iron grates enhances its appearance. The ability to connect it to natural gas or LP makes is really versatile, and the instructions, hardware, and tools to make the conversion are included in the package. I’ve been using this 12-inch gas cooktop for a few weeks now, and I’m beyond impressed! The Sabaf burners heat up quickly, with the powerful 9385 BTU center burner making searing and stir-frying a breeze. The cast-iron grates are sturdy and provide excellent stability, even for smaller pans. Clean-up is super easy with the sealed burners and stainless steel surface. Plus, the installation was straightforward, and I love that it’s NG/LPG convertible. A perfect addition to my kitchen! Highly recommend!

It is very handy for cooking, stir-frying, and making soup. And the firepower control is also very precise, and it can be easily adjusted to the required firepower to meet the needs from high-temperature frying to low-fire slow cooking. The installation is also very simple, and the included conversion accessories make it convenient to switch gas types. However, it is a bit regrettable that this gas stove does not have an automatic ignition function and requires manual ignition. For those who are used to one-button ignition, it may take some adaptation.
