This is a fantastic coffee maker! It has great aesthetics, is high quality, is easy to operate and is a better price than it's brand name competitors. It comes with a coffee pot, re-useable cone filter and two different pods for brewing single cup coffee (one for K-pods and one for using ground coffee). Looks nice, easy to use. No removable water reservoir which was inconvenient for us, and could be messy. Separate water for brewed coffee snd pods. A plus for us.

    • Carafe pours with no drips, coffee brews in about 10 minutes
Great product, brews a full pot in about 10 minutes. The single brews in about 2 min-the water in the separate reservoir takes a little to heat up but that’s no issue. I haven’t tried the timer yet but everything else about the unit is great, including the glass pot that pours with little to no drip or overspill that is common in other coffee pots. ... show more

I’m so glad I chose this coffee maker! I really appreciate how easy it is to see the water level—no more squinting or guessing how much is in the tank. I love that the single-serve side gives you the flexibility to use either a K-Cup or your own coffee grounds (cheaper and more environmentally friendly!). The 12-cup carafe is great when we have guests or when I need a few cups to get through the day. It heats up quickly, and the programmable timer is super convenient. This machine replaced my ancient, very expensive machine. It does not have all the features such as a large water tank, but it makes a really great cup of coffee.

You would think that for the money there would be a storage tank for the kcup water. Also the instructions are not clear. If you can get past these items the coffee maker does work well, has auto shut off and is programmable.

    • Great versatile Coffee Maker with a few draw backs....
Excellent and versatile coffee maker. Does both fresh ground and coffee/tea pods outstandingly. A couple of things to note; filling the tank on either side is a bit tight. I use a funnel to prevent water from spilling everywhere. Not a big deal. Other thing to note is more bothersome; can't seem to find replacement parts, like carafes anywhere. Sometimes those break and it is good to have a backup. Unfortunately, the help email address provided on the instructions is invalid, and the coffee carafe is incompatible with every other major brand. Their web site store has their products, but no parts or any other type of support. This is truly a great coffee maker, the best of it's kind and I'd hate to have to throw it out for a broken minor part. ... show more
