It’s a tremendous ladder. Super convenient and lite to move around, can be stored very easily. Extensions function very well along with the locking and unlocking mechanism. Felt sturdy and did not buckle under weight. Would buy again!

I used this to finally get to my roof and remove some vines that were trying to get into the siding. It was very easy to use but I felt that release button can very easily cause an accident with your hands if you're not careful. Also while transporting it can be an issue since you extend the steps by lifting up, so you kind of have to have the strap locked in place. It did feel very sturdy when I used it and I didn't feel like I was in any kind of danger while at about 15 feet up as a 190lb person. The weight is manageable but it is a lot of aluminum so keep that in mind when transporting it if you're not someone who is capable of lifting the weight.

It is a compact size and weight, easy to extend and collapse, seems stable, and should be perfect for its intended RV use, as well as other tasks around the house. The quality of the ladder is very sturdy and well built. Don't have to do much installation, only need to install the hooks yourself but it is very easy. It's locking mechanic looked scary at first, but it is actually simple and strong. 15.5 feet is way more than you would normally need but it's nice to have more length. Definitely worth the price that it is.

I use this ladder up to 4 to 5 times a day. Several of my clients are very impressed with it and have subsequently bought them. Easy to use and very sturdy. I would NOT recommend buying the 20 foot ladder, half way up it goes vertical, but this 12 foot is Awesome!

The media could not be loaded. This thing feels very rickety. If you weigh more than 200 pounds, as I do, you will feel like it’s ready to give out from underneath you. The ladder is very easy to extend, and collapsing it is not difficult either, but collapsing it is dangerous. There is a great chance that you could get your fingers hands, etc. caught between the rungs. Probably, the best thing to do, is to add some sort of foam between each of the rungs so even if when you do get caught between two rungs(and you will), you don’t lose a finger. I agree with the other reviews, and that the steps on this ladder are basically rectangular rungs. They are not comfortable to stand on unless you have some very solid soled shoes. I have decided to keep it. It is quite lightweight and it’s small, so it does fit my purpose. I just hope it doesn’t collapse underneath me.
