    • Efficient beyond expectations
This is a machine. I am using it on a porch that has two side sides that are screened. I live in South Florida and it is wicked hot. The screened porch area has thermal curtains that I can close when I choose to use the unit. I am so impressed. The temperature drop is remarkable. I know that if I need to use this unit inside my home, my 654 sq ft will be comfortable. I researched four months to find the right machine to do the job and I believe I have found it. I purchased an extension to the hose exhaust so that it would be more in the center of the room and I am so pleased. Thank you thank you!! Great investment ... show more

    • High quality, very cold air with easy set up.
100/10 a great unit. Freezing cold air, easy to set up and works very well. I would say it’s a great value for the cost as well. It cools a 500 sq. Ft. Space in minutes!

    • COOLS FAST, sleek design, install not smooth

LOVE THIS AC! Really cranks super cool air and after about 7 minutes it dropped about 8°. We are still cold here, but I have no doubt that once we start hitting those high temperatures, it is going to completely change the way the place feels. It's like the place has central air which is a completely different feel from a window unit. Sleek design and I've covered the ugly, but necessary, exhaust with my curtains. Installation was relatively easy but the directions that come with it are awful. I did have to watch several YouTube videos to understand the best way to get this in the window and make it stable. The reason for a drop in star is because the way in which the exhaust connects to the window insert is problematic, it left a open hole where the round end of the exhaust connects to the window insert which if left open would simply let hot air in defeating the purpose of the unit. I'm certain it's installed correctly. However, I corrected that easily by putting the foam insulation on the back of the hole and then the sticky insulation on the inside. There's no doubt however that that is a flaw in the design. Also not a single YouTube video, showed a setup where the round end of the exhaust is connected to the window, so it took quite a while for me to understand I had it installed correctly, and at the design was the problem(see my picture). It is definitely quieter than a window unit, it still does generate sound which is no big deal in my opinion. Overall I'm super happy with this purchase and thrilled that I no longer have to lose an entire window to a giant AC and I no longer have to lift that heavy Beast of a unit every summer into the window. ... show more

    • quiet and good performance
Bought this as a replacement for a 10 yr plus Portable AC. It is more quiet than the old one, there isn't the sound of the compressor kicking on and off. I like that I can direct the flow of air and control the temperature of the AC. This is my 3rd purchase of an AC and by far the most superior product of this kind for me. ... show more

    • Does what it said, cool a large room.
Works very well, easy to drain water and remote is easy to use. Cools a large room 20’ by 12 feet easily. I’ve only used it 3 days and I love it. I have old wiring and does not trip my breakers. Easy to set up using the materials provided.

    • Not a sleep friend - Couldn't get some controls on machine & w/remote working
The "Low noise" claim makes me wonder what noise this was compared too. Low air output with no a/c is low noise. When a/c kicks in the noise level is unacceptable to me in this 1 bedroom apt, and my downstairs neighbor who likes to bang on her ceiling. The manual that came with mine did not explain the number of times which button needed to be pushed to do the various things this is supposed to do. The button combinations, time required to push, and number of times was too complicated for me. The remote was easier to use than the controls on the machine. On was instant with the remote, not the machine controls. The controls on the machine and remote to angle the air flow do not work. Turbo mode really ups the output but also really ups the noise. On the upside, the air output and cool/cold are decent in a 10x12 room with a 7' ceiling. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't buy this one on the noise level alone. ... show more

Completely useless product. I plug it in and the lights blink and it immediately turns off. No matter how many times I repeat the instructions and toggle with power sources. This product simply won’t turn on for me and has been a completely worthless waste of money. Avoid at all costs

Saved us this summer. Use daily keeps large room cold kind of loud but I rather be cold. Wheels are a little small so hard to move on carpet. Super reliable and airflow circulates so it’s not just in one spot
