VERY SOLID PORTABLE UNIT, BLOW PLENTY OF COLD AIR,LOW NOISE. UNIT PERFORMED AS ADVERTISED. I LOVE THAT I DON'T HAVE TO DUMP THE WATER BECAUSE IT GETS EVAPORATED IN THE UNITS. WORTH EVERY PENNY SPEND.

    • Love my Koolsiln
Color: White Size: 12000 BTU
I am very pleased with my 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner. It is effective at quickly lowering temperature in my family room. It operates a tolerable volume for living spaces. The setup was very simple and easy to roll from room to room if needed. Its cools efficiently and fit perfectly in my room. The remote is fully functional. Easy to use. It adjusted very well to the hot summer that we had. I would recommend this unit. ... show more

    • Works great and cools the room quickly
Color: White Size: 12000 BTU
We’ve been really happy with this portable air conditioner. It cools down the space surprisingly quickly and does a great job keeping the room comfortable. It’s also fairly quiet compared to other portable AC units I’ve used, which is a big plus. It’s easy to use and has worked reliably for us. Overall, I’m very pleased with it and would recommend it if you’re looking for an effective portable air conditioner. ... show more

    • Glad we bought this!!
Color: White Size: 12000 BTU
We were originally skeptical about buying this just because it didn’t have very many reviews but I am glad we decided to go ahead and get it! So far, it works amazing! We have it in our shop (about 550 sq.ft) to keep the working dogs cool when they want to come in. The only downside- which is my own fault for not reading more closely- is that the plastic piece that goes in the window is a little too long so we are going to have to cut it to fit our window. Zero complaints about it cooling though, and I love that it turns on and shuts off automatically when the room reaches your desired temp. ... show more

    • Works GREAT! No really it does!
Color: White Size: 12000 BTU
AC unit works great even in the South Carolina summers. 110 heat index and this puppy didn't skip a beat! Cooled the room down to 74 in under 30 minutes. This unit is also extremely quiet and the oscillating feature is really nice to have.

    • Does the Job
Color: White Size: 12000 BTU
We wanted a portable air conditioner to cool our upstairs bedroom because we didn't want to completely block the window with a window unit and we wanted to be able to easily store it in a closet at summer's end. This unit works for our situation. We did replace the hose with a more substantial short garden hose, which we run into a gallon container. If the room starts out very humid, we do have to empty the gallon container once in the middle of the night or switch over to a second container. You might want to use something a little larger. We also continue to use our ceiling fan for air circulation. This unit is a bit loud, but not an issue for us as we are sound sleepers. ... show more

    • Dead After Turning On
Color: White Size: 12000 BTU
Turned the AC unit on and literally after 10 seconds it shut off and was completely dead. Unplugged the unit and waited 30 minutes to possibly let it reset. Plugged it back in and nothing again. Complete waste of time. DO NOT ORDER this unit.

    • Superb!
Color: White Size: 12000 BTU
This air conditioner is incredible. Keeps the house very cool, no bugs are able to get in through the window, and it’s easily moved. This is exactly what portable air conditioners should be! I will be ordering another unit next summer!
