The weather has been extremely hot these few days, so I’m really grateful this portable AC arrived earlier than expected! It was a lifesaver! The cooling is powerful and fast, easily keeping my room comfortable even in the heat. I love the multiple functions like sleep mode, timer, and different fan speeds, which make it very easy to use. The unit is also surprisingly quiet, especially at night. Setup was quick and hassle free, and the wheels make it easy to move around. This portable air is actually pretty great. Unboxing was easy. Everything was well packed and clearly labeled. Setup took less than 15 minutes. The window kit fit easily, the hose attached without a fight, and the instructions were actually clear and usable, which is sometimes rare. It works really well. It cools the room quickly and maintains temperature without constantly cycling. My husband says the airflow is strong, and the unit feels solid and well built. The digital display is easy to read, and the controls are intuitive. The remote is a great bonus. It responds quickly and makes adjustments effortless from across the room. It’s not too loud and the noise level is actually very reasonable for a portable AC. You can easily watch TV or work without distraction. Mostly we will probably use it so our room isn’t too hot at night. It looks modern and doesn’t feel like an eyesore sitting in the room. Bonus! Overall, this is a high quality portable AC that delivers exactly what it promises. Easy setup. Strong cooling. Thoughtful design. I would absolutely buy this again and recommend it without hesitation.

I am so glad I bought this just in time for warm weather! I have an older AC unit in my house, and it’s too small for the size of my home, so it has a very hard time keeping up when it gets hot. This portable AC has significantly cooled down my house, and my upstairs has actually felt so much better than ever before. I can already tell it’s going to make a huge difference during the peak summer months. I usually just hang out downstairs all day because it becomes pretty unbearable on really hot days, but now I have much more flexibility. It has made my home feel more comfortable overall and has taken a lot of strain off my main unit. As far as the unit itself, it’s not too big compared to other models and fits nicely in the corner of my front room. I also like that it’s portable but still powerful, so I can leave it in one place or move it around as needed. I even appreciate that I could take it with me on vacation if needed, which adds extra value. It’s very easy to use, and my 6-year-old even understands how to operate it. The touch screen is a nice addition compared to other units I’ve seen and makes it feel more modern. Overall, it stands out to me as a step above other portable AC units I’ve come across.

When I first got it I liked it because it was easy to install and it cooled off my living room fast. I got it on a Saturday and things were good until about after a day I noticed an odd smell in my apartment. It smelled stale and then it began to smell metallic. It is now Wednesday and I can’t take the smell so I will be returning. From what I read online it could be that there are frayed metal parts or perhaps that it’s just the unit, but regardless who wants to pay almost $400 for a smelly apartment? Will be a pain to have to take down the stairs but I hate it enough to go through the hassle, especially on the off chance that something is wrong within the mechanics of the unit. Also, not sure what all the hype is about it being quiet, it’s actually not. It’s not excessively loud, but they have no right to advertise it as quiet, when I have to turn on my TV quite loud since buying this unit. People who say it is quiet are either lying or deaf.

The media could not be loaded. This 14,000 BTU portable air conditioner arrived just at the right time for us. We live in Huntington Beach, California, and while we’re close enough to the beach to enjoy mild weather most of the time, it definitely heats up during certain weeks. This past week was hot, and this unit has been an absolute lifesaver. It works incredibly well at cooling down a large room quickly and efficiently. We were impressed with how powerful it is for a portable AC. The setup process was straightforward, and everything needed for installation was included. It rolled smoothly into place, and the instructions were easy to follow. The remote control makes it super convenient to adjust settings without getting up. It runs efficiently and doesn’t feel overly noisy for its size. Overall, it works perfectly, and we are very happy with the product, and the price. Thank you!

3.5 stars. Cools efficiently and runs quiet. Like having a remote as well. BUT….it is hideous-looking and huge for small spaces. The tubing in the window looks bad. It’s a total eyesore. And, the tubing illuminates the outside light when you turn off the lights (see second pic). Don’t like that at all! Mixed emotions. Effective, but just too bulky and takes up too much space.
