Couch is super comfortable but one side is not expanding so it is slanted. Only thing the seller will do is have you return the product to get a refund but there is no way to pack this back up and send in a box. I wish they would just send out the part of the product that I need.

My favorite couch I’ve ever bought. Size was exactly what was stated. This couch is larger than most of the other boneless couches I’ve seen and this was perfect! It fits myself, my 2 kids and my husband (who is 6’2”), perfectly, with room to spare when guests come.

It’s excellent actually. It fluffed up completely within an hour and it’s comfortable. I thought it might really be too soft to sit on but it really holds up . I would definitely buy another one and probably will.
