UPDATE: I was pleasantly surprised to receive a message from EcoChannels apologizing for the warped board and offering a refund last night. So, I accepted the refund offer and the refund was issued the same night. Now, that’s what I call a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from a company who not only stands by their products but listens to their customers! Like I said, nothing wrong with the sink - it’s beautiful and looks perfect in my kitchen prep area. I wish I could say the same about Amazon’s customer service employees who insisted that I return the sink back to them even if the sink is already installed and to contact the seller whose number and website they couldn’t even provide. 🤦🏻♀️ I have no complaints about the sink that has already been installed. It’s the warped chopping board that I came with. The board does not sit on the sink and countertop flat. You can’t even put anything on top of it as it is badly warped. Complained to Amazon and asked if they could send me a working board but Amazon said I would have to have the undermount sink taken out from under my countertop and return the board with the sink even though all I want is for the board to be replaced. Amazon does not have a number for EcoChannel so if something goes wrong with the sink while it is still under the manufacturer warranty, you’re out of luck. Do not buy as it’s not worth the aggravation.

If you know how to install an undercount sink, this will be a breeze. it is a quality product. (I've had thicker sinks, but this isn't flimsy or weak.) I am tired of all of the bland fixtures and finishes of the big-box stores, and hate having to look through catalogs and special order things. AMAZON TO THE RESCUE! This sink is a departure from the normal stainless look, and is something that you can use to spruce up your area! All of the faucet holes and drain holes were standard, no unexpected complications or anything. MUST HAVE!!

This is a beautiful sink, comes with a drain basket assembly and a nice cutting board. The surface is really smooth with radiused corners. The bottom has drain slots for positive drain. The color is really nice and contrasts a light colored countertop.

We LOVE the gunmetal color and the cutting board is so beautiful. We are redoing the bar in our great room, and can't wait to install this. It is heavy duty metal and installs like a regular undercount. They styling makes it really subtle and goes so beautifully with our grey Vermont slate floors. The cutting board has a really rich color and picks up on the 40 foot beams in that room. It really is a departure from your basic bar sink. It could easily be used as a regular or secondary work station kitchen sink too.

This is a really nice black stainless steel sink. We installed this in our upstairs bathroom where we are near to our craft room. We wanted a sink that we could wash paint brushes from our water color painting that we do. This is a really well made sink, and we love it!

We renovated our kitchen adding an island. We had the sink installed into the new island. The sink looks great and installed easily. The rack for the bottom of the sink is nice. The cutting board is OK. The board isn't treated for food use. The sink really isn't large enough for the concept anyway. It's more of a prep sink. We are happy with the sink.

This is a really good sink if you are looking to put in a were bar or replace an RV sink. The cutting board is a perfect fit and makes the top flush with the counter top if installed correctly. The strainer/plug is good quality and I will continue to use it.
