Ok so I do a lot of research and was a little hesitant prior to this purchase but am extremely happy I went with it. Its firm but comfty. If you're looking for a bouncy, cushy couch this is not it, but it definitely has some give. The way it expands is great and our family of 4 can fit very comfortably with extra room. I love the storage, definitely a plus. It was extremely easy to assemble and gives options of how its set up so it worked in our awkwardly set living room. Worth giving it a shot in my opinion. The couch arrived safely. It was packaged very well. It was very easy to put together. It's firm and comfortable to sit on. I put it in a smaller room and it fits there well. I've never ordered furniture on line, so I was very skeptical. This has been a good experience.

This couch is soooooo AMAZING!!!! Took my husband and I about an hour and a half to put together. The color works, the fabric is comfortable and beautiful. It’s firm but in the most perfect way. I love it!!!!

Very good sectional sofa that have lots of storage and also converts into a sleeping bed. The firmness of the foam is quite good stays at its place. Fits well specially into small places and is very easy to move. The tool less assembly was a breeze.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 5 seater option in black. It’s been about a week. The couch is sturdy, the storage is convenient. It took me a while to figure out the locking mechanisms for the back where it’s folds down. One side doesn’t feel as strong as the other, but I love the option to fold everything down- probably the size of a queen or bigger when all the backs are down with the pull out. The couch is firm, but I think that’s what also adds to the sturdiness. I wish the cushions were a bit thicker/ fluffy. The included pillows are decent, but I plan to purchase throw pillows/blankets to add coziness and color. Love the cup holders and charging options. Everyone in my family is tall (5’9”) and I was worried about the height, but it’s a comfortable transition from sitting to standing which was a big issue with our previous couch. Took an hour (maybe less) to set up with two adults. Would have given 5 stars- but I wasn’t aware that there are 4 total boxes that arrive on different days, and you only get confirmation/ tracking for the first delivery. Also, the shipping estimate was off and it came 5 days earlier than expected which was only an issue because we hadn’t moved into the new location where it was delivered; but that seems like an Amazon issue and not the seller? Either way, it worked out and we are enjoying our new couch. ... show more
