The alternator was defective, ended up draining my battery completely within 36 hours & I had to purchase a new battery and another alternator from Autozone after the fact. Car was down for a total of 4 days due to this inconvenience.

Installed the alternator and it wasn’t charging the battery. This caused me to troubleshoot many other possibilities until finally replacing it with a different one and it fix the issue. .
