Although a but flimsy once to secure to the wall it becomes solid. The central side piece are a single piece which adds greatly to the stability vs units like Honey Can Do which use 4 pieces so the flex a LOT more. The thickness of the pieces is similar but that bother color matching the screws and inserts (inserts for the end do not exist in inferior versions like the Honey Can Do one I returned. Available in a few colors so you can match to bathroom hardware. It will still wobble unless you use the 2 screws to attach to a stud or wall board. The expansions for attaching to a wallboard are metal and not the usual cheap plastic. You would have to yank hard on this to remove it from a wall. It also stabilizes any joint movement where pieces connect. Warning: There IS a left side and right side or the front of the sides will be 90 degrees off and the instructions do not distinguish them. The second hole on the upper back piece is for the wall stabilizer screws which also prevent it tipping over id bumped. Inserting the metal stabilizing expanders will be the hardest part. I had to use a paring knife to widen the hole so it would slide fully into the wallboard. I bought the satin nickel version one. I am using baskets from Costco that fit. Tall object like a spray bottle ONLY fit on the top shelf. The back side of the shelf sags and should have have a bar across it like the front and side edges. ... show more

The color is that almost-black that oil rubbed bronze is supposed to be. The assembly is a bit tricky for one person. You need a second person to hold stuff as you screw everything in. None of the screws or the pipes are labeled and a few of the pipes differ only in the placement of screw holes so you must be detail-oriented and pay attention as you follow the directions. Once assembly is completed, you must screw the unit into the back wall or it's rickety as hell, and the wire in the shelves flexes if you put anything heavier than a stack of towels on them. BTW the directions talk about short, medium and long screws but there are actually four screw sizes. The longest screws are for anchoring to the wall and are NOT the "long screws" the directions are talking about. If you don't mind screwing it to the wall and you only intend to put towels and toilet paper on it, you'll be very happy with it. If you can't put holes in your wall or you want to put gallons of bleach or backstock mouthwash and family-sized shampoo bottles on it, you'll be unhappy. ... show more

I like the color of it and it’s pretty sturdy. It came with extra parts which came in handy since some of the screws stripped while tightening. I only used 2 of the shelves, the holes to put the screws to tighten on the last shelf were not aligned, so it was impossible to get it on. Luckily, i didn’t end up needing it and I made it work by putting large bolts on the missing screws for stability and then using a basket on top of my toilet instead. ... show more

My actual rating: 4.5/5.0 (too bad Amazon doesn’t allow half stars in reviews) Purchased it on Prime Day and just finished putting it together. I bought it mainly to provide a place for towels and washcloths for guests. Admittedly, the beginning process of putting it together was a bit of a challenge trying to ensure that the screws are well placed. After the first 1-2 pieces are assembled, everything else is good to go. I do like that they included items if you wanted to secure it to the wall. I feel this is absolutely optional. I’m going to see how I feel about it being freestanding for now. Without securing it to the wall, yes, it can be a little wobbly. I thought it was an error on my part until I read other reviews. It’s a slight wobble, nothing to be too alarmed about (at least for me). I chose the bronze color to give contrast to decor in my bathroom and I’m loving the small hints of copper-like sparkle! If the initial steps of installation weren’t a challenge, then I’d definitely give this 5 stars. ... show more

Putting this together was a nightmare. The shelves have screws that must be put in on an angle, and they do align very well. That being said, it will work for what I need.

For the price of the product it works for now unless you screw it into the wall it will be wobbly otherwise it works and the look of it is not bad. It didn’t come damaged but the directions could’ve been better unless it is just me?
