This would be 5 stars except for the directions were incorrect for what was shipped. Labeled items did not match directions. Pictures in directions did not match physical item. My assumption is the wrong pamphlet was put in the box. Nbd, just added some time to assembly. After I figured that out and pieced it together it went great. The couch looks amazing, it’s durable, it’s a perfect fit for our home giving our children more room to play. It’s very comfortable and the cushions are super thick. I was very pleased in this purchase. I have ample room and seating for whenever I have guests over. I love have fluffy and comfortable the couch is. The Bluetooth speakers work great for when I wasn't to busy relax and listen to music from my phone. I also like the fact that the chaise lounge ottomans are movable. It's like having a loveseat off to the side, or can be used as a cushioned coffee table. The length of the couch did take up the majority of my livingroom. I purchased the 162.6" in black and the velvet is so soft and comfy. They're very soft sturdy so far. I just finished putting them together. I'm very much looking forward to the holidays and enjoying movie nights with my son for many years to come. Thank you for making such a great quality couch. ... show more

The couch is very comfortable and easy to put together. I rate it 3 stars because the cushions fray very easily and strings of fabric are coming out of it daily, not sure how long the couch will last. But for the price it’s not bad
