    • Get the 220v version instead.
I don't know why there are so many reviews on this, but then again, I noticed all those reviews were for the 200v model that requires at least a 50A circuit at 220v to work properly. I got the 110V one, and when it was all hooked up and working, it heated way past what I could consider safe levels (think 140 degrees) and eventually generated its own E1 error, which is an overheat condition. Don't buy the 110v version. I'm returning this one and getting the 220v model even though it's almost $100 dollars. ... show more

    • Don’t buy it.
Shuts off breaker, upgraded the electrical line done by an electrician according to the heaters specs direct to box and still trips breakers. Sent message to seller and no reply. I’m passed the refund window so I’m stuck with it.

I should have payed attention to the other 1 star review but I didnt. Absolute junk, the only way to get Luke warm water is to run at a trickle but just above the flow that turns it on. It's a balancing act just to get Luke warm water. Don't waste your money.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT. Never worked well. Could barely get lukewarm water at a trickle. Tried everything. I missed the return window by one day so now I'm stuck with this paperweight.

Do not buy this product. On/Off button doesn't work. Plugged it in and numbers started very high and then low and it shut off on its own.
