This tankless water heater is easy to install and works well. The size and space saving features hide this water heater well. Great Quality and Durability that it should last for a while. Just know that when installing you may need some plumbing tape to make sure no air leaks that will take the pressure of the water flow down. That is my advise on most things plumbing and it makes this little heater work like a gem. 10/10

Tankless water heater for instant on hot water. It is a low flow unit so best for sinks where you are far from the main source of hot water in your home. Easy inline attachment and mounts quickly to the wall. Cord is three feet with recommendation to direct plug (no extension cord) due to 3000W / 32A requirements. It doe NOT have variable temperature setting, just can be set to display C or F. Good build and quality as observed in initial use. If trying to use for high flow application, it would not meet your requirements. On kitchen sink was only warm, not hot coming out of the tap. Have to adjust your water flow to minimum to get truly hot.

Not bad, it doesnt heat a whole lot but for a sink running .5gpm aerator…its perfect. Any higher flow and it won’t heat as well

Installation of this tankless water heater is not too complicated. There are two anchors and screws provided to mount the unit on a wall or on the back of a cabinet, but it will require additional hoses, and if there isn't an electrical outlet very close by, an outlet will need to be installed. There are instructions included, which are not very detailed and sometimes a little confusing. It does recommend some tools that will be useful for the installation and suggests flexible connections for the water connections. Before purchasing the connecting hoses, verify the size and type of connectors needed for each end. The heat transfer does not seem to be very efficient as the water pressure must be reduced in order to heat the water. If water passes through the heater too quickly it is not able to heat it completely. The unit is rated at 3000 Watts. At 120 V that is 25 A. It is likely that the heater will be used for very short periods of time, as in minutes, and not hours. If possible, this, at minimum, should be connected to a dedicated 20 A circuit with a 20A receptacle. The plug that is provided is a 15 A plug and the wire in the cord is 14 AWG. The electrical ratings are not found on the unit itself, only in the instructions that are provided and on the Amazon page for this product. It might be all fine, but I find it a little concerning.

I live in a small off-grid tiny house, and space is precious. This little heater fit right under my bathroom sink — installation was a breeze. The water gets hot within seconds, and it’s surprisingly consistent. I’ve used it for over a month now, and it’s performing just as well as day one. Super energy efficient too.
