I use these with my Dexcom 6. Since the Dexcom is an elongated shape, the cutout is also elongated so it’s not as easy to apply by myself. Since the adhesive is quite sticky, it’s best to have someone else apply it over the Dexcom if you have it on the back side of your arm. So staying in place is its strong suit but means you need to get it aligned the first try. Quality is very good and the designs are fun. They do become a conversation starter-so if you don’t mind telling people about your monitor-go for these! I use it as an educational opportunity-so don’t mind the flashy patterns.

I’ve used Expression med over patches for almost a year (Used Libre 3, then Dexcom G6, Libre 3+, and now Dexcom G7) and i have never had any issues! I just switched to G7 and my other sensor was close to expiring, so i had to order from Amazon for overnight shipping, but i typically order directly from the EM website. This brand is the only brand that does not cause a skin reaction, and i’ve tried them all! I recommend to anyone looking for patches that are cute and functional :) they stick well, last the entire 15 day cycle (libre 3) and are easy to apply 🥹

The ornament is beautiful so I will keep it, but buyer beware! If you are expecting 2 ornaments, that's just not happening.

I really wanted these to work because I liked the designs and initially felt confident they would help protect my Dexcom G7 sensor. I first purchased directly from the company’s website to test one out and was excited to later see them available on Amazon. Unfortunately, neither experience matched the advertised performance. The biggest disappointment was the adhesive. In my experience, the overpatch started lifting after about 3 days and neither patch stayed securely adhered for more than 7 days total. That falls far short of the “15+ day hold” claim listed in the product description. When the patch was first applied, it looked great and felt secure, which made the eventual lifting even more frustrating. I really wanted to continue using these because the patterns and overall appearance are appealing, but reliability matters most for a CGM overpatch. Based on my experience, the adhesive simply did not deliver the long-lasting hold that was promised.

I ordered this 5-pack of ExpressionMed floral adhesive patches for my fiancée’s Dexcom G7 sensor. The patches arrived in a bubble mailer inside a small bag, and the patterns look just like the photos—bright, colorful, and fun. They’re very easy to apply and align perfectly with the G7. The adhesive feels soft and comfortable on skin and hasn’t caused any irritation, even after days of use. The patches also hold up fine through showers and daily activity, which is a plus. However, the edges start to lift after only two to three days, leaving small gaps around both the inner and outer edges of the sensor. Over a full 10-day sensor life, you end up using two patches—making the pack go fast. For the high price, they just don’t last long enough. Overall, they look great and feel nice, but the durability and cost don’t quite match up. Good if you want decorative options, but not the most practical for long-term wear.

I usually have difficulty keeping adhesives in place more than 5 days. This lasted a full 10. It’s a little tricky to put on using one hand because the backing is split into 4 parts and the two edges are very small and difficult to grasp. But perhaps with more practice it’ll be easier. Overall I am very pleased and would order again! Wish it was a little cheaper for the number of covers you get but it’s worth the cost if it lasts the full 10 days.

I love these! They are easy to put on, the adhesive is great but not overly sticky to where it hurts or pulls on the skin. I have sensitive skin when it comes to adhesive and these I do not have any issues with. They fit perfectly around the Dexcom Stelo. I will be getting more colors/ designs to go with more outfits but other than that they are great. I have no issues with the durability of the product.
