This is a product I expect to use outside. The laminated surface separated after ONE relatively mild month in the weather. I wouldn't want to gift this to someone only to find out it started falling apart within a few weeks!

Some of the tubes are a bit on the large size for my local bees, but I'm planning on gluing in a few more thinner ones by sawing up a bamboo cane. It's very attractive and getting plenty of takers. Would recommend

Not packaged well for gifting, had a couple of interior pieces knocked off on arrival (hello, Super Glue!), but it is very nice, overall durable and weatherproof, I would buy again and even gift it, just have to send it to myself first to package prettily.

As someone who sells online as well, I typically like to be understanding and shy away from bad reviews BUT I’m not pleased with this product at all. My initial reaction after purchasing was a little disappointed and thought it looked cheap but oh well it’s for bugs right? Then a couple weeks in I noticed the paint faded substantially from sun exposure which was disappointing because part of the reason I pick this one was because of the color. Now one week over a month of having this, we had a very big storm. The items paint is chipping and peeling. Pieces glued on are falling off. I mean I get it, it’s outside and gets weathered but it didn’t even last a month. I feel disappointed because if your going to make to be outside it’s should last outside. I ordered two of these to add to gift boxes for family at the holidays, and one was perfect. However, the other arrived without any packaging (not even the cardboard label wrapped around it) and with pieces falling off. A pine cone fell out in the box, and half a dozen tubes were floating around in there, too.
