So far these seem to be handling the job well. I got these to get some bats out of our attic and it did take a few days but they are gone now. I have cats too and it didn’t affect them either which was nice. I like the fact that it’s a humane way to encourage them to leave and stay gone and you won’t physically harm the animal. I love that there are two speakers in the pack especially since I have a large attic it helps me to cover the entire area. The speakers are good size for what you use them for and they seem to be good quality. I also like that you are able to customize the frequency that you need for your specific problem. Since it’s portable you can set this up in many different areas like barns, or sheds. You can even use it out in the open outdoors if you need to. They do need to be plugged in so make sure you have an extension cord or a place to plug them in nearby when considering where you want to put them. If you are having bat troubles I recommend these to help with that problem. They are worth every penny!

I love bats and know they can really be useful to have around, just not in my attic. At the moment I don't have a full blown problem but I have seen a few curious ones and wanted to stop it before it got serious. I got these because it is humane, simple to use and something I can do on my own. They aren't that large so finding a home for them even in a packed attic isn't a problem. They are made of fairly thin plastic so while I don't know how well that would hold up if dropped or in the elements I do like it for inside. It makes it easy to wipe down and I don't think the heat in the attic will be an issue. The one problem I do have is that you will need to plug it in to work and the cord just really isn't that long. If you are sort on sockets in your attic or wherever you choose to place this you might end up needing an extension cord.

I don't have a problem with bats, and bats don't come around me at all. Not since, you know, I got these devices at least. Ever since I opened the box, I haven't seen any bats at all... And that was before I plugged them in! After plugging these in and setting it to the 1 level, I didn't see no bats anymore ever! Come to think of it, I don't even know if I ever even seen a bat! The units do make noise, somewhat audible I guess. I didn't test the spectrum and probably won't. The devices do feel like they are kind of cheaply made, very lightweight. I guess that shouldn't bother me much though, especially if it keeps them pesky sky-rats away. You know the ones, big ol' fangs, flying around all creepy like in the middle of the night, with their clicks and whistles as they do whatever it is they do between their castle and the their feeding grounds. Ah well, stay away from me, bats! This ain't bat country no more!

Plastic casing seems very cheap, so I'm a bit skeptical about it holding up long term outside. I have both of them plugged up on my deck outside where bats seems to come back and hide near the guttering despite everything I've tried in the past to keep them away. I haven't seen any yet, though they're not their constantly so will hopefully have an update in the future as to whether these work very well.

2 Pack Bat Repellers - $199.90 I thing a hundred bucks a pop is way too expensive for these. But they do work. The bats scootch away from them. If you have a very large area, you need more than two. Even though they cover a large area, it seems that some bats will just move to the edge of the range and start roosting again. I love that these can go on the porch or up in the attic, as the sound is something my kids can hear. I can't hear it.

These were easy to set up in my attic. Truthfully, I haven't seen any signs of bats, but all my neighbors have had bats in their houses and attics. I assume they are probably somewhere I can't see them. So I got this because the other versions have good reviews. I will update if they don't work, as I don't know if I can tell whether they do work if I never have any bats. If that makes sense.

These were easy to install and to use. We have not seen any bats yet, so my guess would be that it is working. We do usually have an issue with bats during this time of year.
