Excellent Wine Cooler. I ordered 2 units. I contacted WINEBOSS because there was a shipper problem and they have been wonderful. They responded quickly and since the 2nd unit arrived quickly. The unit works perfectly once it is filled with some wine bottles. It is also extremely quiet. I can hardly hear it when standing in fronit of it. It looks good and comes with hardware to reverse the door and a couple of extra adjustable feet. I could not be more happy with the unit and their stellar customer service.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very attractive wine cooler that looks great in any space. The cooler holds 12 bottles but the top rack is tight for my standard bottles I have in there. The controls are intuitive and there is attractive low luminance lighting inside. The racks are strong but I’m not sure they are actually stainless steel as a magnet will stick to them. The door swings only one way and is not reversible. It will fit under a counter but I’d not recommend that because it vents in the back and not in the front like a normal refrigerator. Other than those few things this is a wonderful addition to our home.

Dear Wineboss, Although I have yet to fill and use my brand new wine refrigerator, (as I am awaiting a built-in unit to be constructed), I am thrilled with the follow-up service that I have received. After reaching out via email, I was sent door hardware to change the door opening orientation and I just received a second package of black screw hole plugs as per my request. The wine refrigerator itself looks sleek with it’s stainless steel, rich wooden shelves and two-temperature zones, complete with interior LED lighting. I can’t wait to fill it with so many fabulous bottles of wine!! I thank you so much!!

Arrived in perfect condition. The packaging is perfect. There are 4 additional leveling legs inside. I guess it's for replacement.This service is thoughtful. The shelf is very easy to disassemble.The white light looks nice.Highly recommended.

I have tried all temperature ranges but there is no change. I like the size and appearance of this 12-13 bottle refrigerator. I cannot hear any sound, but the LED lights and the interior light works, so I wonder if this is a defective item. I am so disappointed, because the look and fit are ideal for a small stash of wine- but it has to work! Cannot recommend.
