FINALLY a fountain that has ZERO pump sound and a beautiful trickle sound. I had bought and RETURNED a MUCH more expensive fountain just a week ago that splashed everywhere and had the most obnoxious pump buzz. Secret to this one is like Goldie Locks. Perfect balance of water which is easily done.

I got this for Father's Day to dress up my home office. It's a nice size and the pump offers really good water flow. The resin is well-made and looks good. The base holds plenty of water to keep it running for a long time without topping up. I took a star off for two reasons. One, the resin piece had some sort of coating on it from manufacturing that I didn't see until it started pumping water, leaving a coating floating in the water. I was able to wash it free. Secondly, the tube that you attached to the pump isn't long enough to allow you to attached it to the pump AND still reach inside and attach the pump to the base via its suction feet. So, you have to leave the pump kind of dangling and then jiggle the power cord around until you get it positioned properly to pump water.

The media could not be loaded. The 11-Inch Waterfall Indoor Fountain (Stacked Cascading 5-tier RockyWaterfall Bowls) is the cutest mini fountain I have seen. The fountain came with all of the necessary parts including the pump and light. All you need to do is connect the pump to the clear tube on the bottom of the actual fountain and run the light up the tube to the top side of the fountain. Then you position the pump in the bottom of the base, add clean or distilled water, and plug it in. The water flow is amazingly strong and the light really glows brightly. The water noise is not very loud; however, the fountain water flow and light are very soothing to see and you can hear the water; it is just not really loud. The pump runs very quietly. One thing I really like about this fountain is that you can plug it in and then it has an independent on/off toggle switch on the cord. This is the first fountain I have ever had with this feature and I love it!! Really happy to have ordered and received this fountain. We are enjoying it every day!

I love little desktop fountains and have a few around my house in various spots on shelves and on my bookcase. This one is super cute with its little fake log on top and 5-tier cascade - but it is pretty quiet. If lots of water sound is your preference, you might look at a different one. This one makes a soft trickle sound, easily quiet enough to be in an office where phone calls are made. The base is a separate plastic rectangle but its textured nicely to match and looks classy enough. It holds a decent amount of water, I get about 3-4 days of constant running before I need to fill it up. The light and switch are nice and look good enough, I'd prefer a more warm white than the bright white light, so maybe I'd dock a half star for that, but it's a good value fountain with quality construction and finish. If you like how it looks I highly recommend it.

I love how this fountain looks and I like to watch it every once in a while. It is not really loud like some of them I've had in the past. It's like a light trickle and sounds relaxing. The light at the bottom is a cute effect but doesn't make a huge difference. It looks like rock but it is actually plastic. I put it at first outside but bugs got in it and I didn't want to mess up the pump so I took it back inside. It looks beautiful.

The media could not be loaded. It is made of light plastic, but when set up, it looks like real rocks. It took a bit of extra time to make it run (I had to push the pipe to pipe deeper/closer together). When it runs, it runs smoothly with little noise, just a nice streaming sound. There is one small light at the bottom which lights up the thing but not so effective. I would go without it (you can remove the bulb easily). It's nice to have a on/off switch on the cable that you can easily turn it on and off without touching the fountain. When assembling, the pump should be stationed at the bottom near the cable outlet, but this is nearly impossible since pump does not have long enough cable to set it when top is off, and when you put the top on, you cannot reach the pump. But I don't think it's much of a problem. The pump runs with no problem as long as there is enough water in the container. Water is recycled so you don't need to add water too often. But I would avoid any pets or kids reaching the fountain for a ship. It might be interesting to add coloring to the water such as green or even black. The fountain itself is tough looking than cute looking. It'll probably be nice in the office or terrace.

The media could not be loaded. This waterfalls absolutely beautiful! Very easy to put together and fill the water up in the basin. The sound quality is great as it’s not loud. You can change the settings of the water from very high to middle to low. I kept it at the middle. You use a switch that is inside of the Water basin to change the setting. Very relaxing and reminds me of Japan. The added edition of the light at the bottom adds a calming feeling overall a beautiful water fountain for your home that isn’t too big and not too small.
