I will say this, assembly is not assss easy as described. When putting together a middle bar had fallen out and we couldn’t for the life of us tell from the instructions what was going wrong. Why I’m still giving this 5 stars, as soon as we did trouble shoot. Set up was a breeze, my husband was able to do it himself and set up and take down honestly took 5 minutes. Renting similar would have cost the same price, so I’m glad we decided to just invest in one. I’ve only used it for one party so far in the Vegas sun. We shall see how it holds up. But for now. This was was of the best pop ups we have owned. I was hesitant about buying a 10x20 as we had historical bought the smaller 10x10 size. This canopy was easy to set up and despite how large it is. Being in the Sputheast of North America, it held up very well to the extreme sun/UV. My wife loves it for family gatherings. Recommend.

Awesome for a sports family. We take this with us to softball games and always have a shady spot to sit. It’s very easy to open and to set up. The rolling bag makes it easy to move around. It’s the perfect size for a family of 5, maybe even more. The material seems very durable and we’ve had no leaks during light rain.

Pros and cons... surprised with how solid the frame is. The canvas is also pretty thick for the price which is nice. The stakes and sandbags are not junk either. Overall for the price definitely worth it. The negative... I set up at alot of art shows, first one is in 2 weeks. Doing a mock set up of my spot. I noticed the quite a few issues with the canopy. Stiching is uneven not too big of deal, the problem is the wrong needle size for the thread used in sewing, leaving large holes meaning it will tear sooner than later. In some spots they didn't line the canvas even so it wrinkles and doesn't have balanced tightness. Which is a big problem for durability in wind. There are also tons of factory burns and tears. It's supposed to rain in the next few days so will see what happens. If no update, it didn't leak and held up. Overall built well for under 200, I'm guessing I got the start of a run from the factory based on most of the flaws.

I take part in numerous outdoor homebrew serving events throughout the year. For how often it rains in my area, I needed a means to keep me dry. I used the canopy this past weekend and it did not disappoint. Easy to set up, and worked exactly as expected! Based on the price, I was surprised at how thick the material was. I expect it last a long time. Adjustable height is a nice feature as well. Glad I bought it!
