The media could not be loaded. I would definitely recommend having at least two people to assemble, it just makes it easier all around. So far it has put up with this mountain wind and rain quite well. Assembly was lengthy but it is sturdy. No missing parts and it will serve its purpose well as a rain cover for our walkout basement.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. First off, multiple parts were not labeled correctly. The instructions were all pictures and no words. Multiple typos throughout the already limited instructions. This thing is extremely difficult to put together. I’m still currently struggling to put it together after over 6 hours of trying. Also the parts are very flimsy and bend easily. Y’all need to do better.

I give the customer service for this item a 5. They were quick to respond to any issue/ replacement parts i needed. As for the actual covering....instructions were difficult to comprehend in some areas, alot of the holes did not easily match up and without bolting it to my mobile home it's not the sturdiest in heavy winds ..... but, it does block the sun and looks nice.

This canopy is super nice for my back yard. Goes good in my pool area. I like how the rain sounds hitting the roof. I'm getting a new patio set for it soon. I'm going to use concrete blocks underneath to make the patio floor. It went up easy and is sturdy. Was able to secure it to the house. Has a lean and gap for drainage when it rains. Made of metal and has steel reinforcements.

We purchased this to give some shade on our patio - without overpowering the space. My husband was able to assembly it easily by himself - just took a little time. Because he is 6'5" tall he was also able to move it okay by lifting it in the middle - but typically that will require another set of hands. It's not super heavy, but sturdy and because it can get windy where we live it will be fixed to the concrete. Right now we are considering if we want to get a second one to expand the shade area - but happy with the way it covers our wicker patio furniture in that area without feeling super closed in. I like that it does let light in on the top panels, but removes the UV while diminishing the heat!
