I was looking for something budget friendly and good coverage for my patio area. This is the perfect item I found. Very beautiful, strong and easy to assemble. No part is missing or damaged It takes me 4 days to assemble with the help of my family but outcome is very nice. What I don’t like and didn’t expect is they sent me 2 separate 9x12 to consider as 10x24. So you need to build 2 separate pergola and put next to each other.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing! Do not worry about customer service, they are on point. We had one mishap and it was taken care of swiftly, they communicate and are quick to make you happy. It's a game changer for living in NY. Between the bugs and the weather having a mind of it's own it adds so many hours/days/moments enjoying nature and enjoying your home. Win/Win !! Did not expect to love it this much. It took my very handy husband and I a day and a half to put it together but if we had started earlier we would have gotten it done in a day. Very good quality! We are AMAZED on how clear you can see through the screen... Hardly even know it is there. You will not be disappointed. After hours and hours of research we would definitely buy it again!!

The item came damaged a little in shipping but seller took care of it.The item is very nice and sturdy and looks awesome on our patio.It took me and my husband about 8 hours to put together with a impact drill.The directions was ok but they had some parts wrong to be put together but common sence kicked in.Now just waiting for cooler weather. LOL!

The media could not be loaded. Oh my goodness I wish I would’ve purchased this month ago and had it ready for the nice weather. Me and my boyfriend put this together in two days. I love the privacy also the net for air to come through. It’s a great size I was looking at something to fit my entire deck and this was perfect. It was pretty simple to put up also contacting the seller was easy and effortless.

This gazebo surpassed my expectations. It took quite sometime to install due to the deck structure (having to add to it so that the poles could fit properly). It has already survived 2 major/severe thunderstorms without any compromise whatsoever. While I have been using the mosquito netting daily, I have closed the curtains before the storms so that my contents can stay dry and let me tell you, I am super impressed. I can't actually stay in the gazebo during the storm as the rain sound is quite loud (almost scary) when it hits the rooftop. However that rooftop is a lifesaver. While I am still finalizing my decor, I'm providing photos of the first day after installation - open curtains and closed curtains, evening time open curtains and nighttime open curtains (after the storm). There's ZERO leakage except that we were unable to attach directly to the house so the rain does enter in the gap between the canopy and the home but not a deal breaker. We're planning to do some adjustments to cure that small issue but in the interim, I just cover the furnishings that are directly under the gap prior to rain storms. Last suggestion would be to unzip the mosquito netting during any wind driven storms so that there's good air flow. Trust me, it works!!! By the way there was one pole that arrived bent, but totally not a deal breaker. Highly highly highly recommend!!!

Perfect for what we were looking for! Took my husband and I about 3 days to assemble. The base is super stable and the material of the curtains are very thick/good quality. Would definitely recommend!
