When we received our packages 4/4 , we received a duplicate of package 4. We waited several days thinking maybe another would show up. We finally decided to contact the seller and initiate a return because no way we could build without all pieces and instructions were not initially included. As we panicked and saddened that we may have to return, I got into contact with the seller and they were very responsive and helpful. He asked for pics and they quickly determined what was missing and sent everything we needed. It is a good value for the money and size is exactly what we needed. The quality is also very good and durable. The only hiccup was determining how some of the pieces needed to be placed to allow the screws to align. It did take up to 3 people to assist at a time and it did take time to assemble. We’re happy with the results and thankful for the product.

This is the first metal shed I’ve built, and probably the last. Not sure if they’re all that way but it took me about 3 days to put together, and I’m very handy. For the money it’s a pretty good deal, but it’s not the easiest putting together. My base frame parts were labeled incorrectly and it took me an hour to figure out why the pieces weren’t fitting together, so beware of that possibility. Also, a huge time saver would be to put the plastic washers on all of the sheet metal screws before you even start doing anything. All things considered, I’m pretty happy with the shed.

If you want an IKEA build yourself shed, this is for you. Nothing lined up correctly to the holes. For the price it is very cheaply made. Spend a bit more and get something else

Instructions aren't bad, but some of the images leave questions on alignment. The video on the Amazon listing clarifies it well. All parts arrived safe, intact and with no bent parts. Assembly requires a minimum of 2 people, but I used a third to help install the gables. I would recommend installing the door hinges to the jams prior to mounting on the walls. The nuts for the hinges are a real pain to align while trying to hold the hinge still while screwing in the bolt. Very satisfied with the overall quality and design

Great product. Instructions must be followed to get the roof correct. If you are handy, Menards has the metal roof pieces if you want to make it more sturdier for high wind areas. I was a little disappointed in the door design but we will be changing ours to wood.

Have reached out to try and get a return or maybe some help 5 times in the last three weeks customer service for this company is terrible. I put the hole shed together and even bought thicker stakes to hold it down. Received about 15 mph winds and it just ripped through the very thin metal this is made of. It completely collapsed and folded flat on the ground. Terrible product and customer service. I will highly recommend EVERYONE to avoid this product. I wasn’t going to make a review in hopes I could disassemble and return the product. But the company doesn’t like to respond to return requests.
