I am always doubtful when a product claims to be "heavy duty". This tarp is much thicker than I expected. We have it thrown over our wood pile to keep the snow off. It is so heavy that the wind hasn't blown it off of the pile.

This 16 mil tarp (material) is far better than others that I’ve used in the last dozen years to use on a 10’X 20’ portable car port. Others claim to be “heavy duty”, but this one truly is. I installed it several weeks ago when outside temps were in the upper 90’s. A little advise when using in this application in hot weather; after installing, anchor and tie down loosely for several days for it to acclimate to the weather, as it may shrink in the heat. Should not have any problems if using the tarp to drape over items. So far, so good, winter is coming, time will tell. Great customer service, quick response.
