Excellent product. Looks great, arrived on time undamaged. Manufacturer took extra step of covering windshield with protective film too. Took about 12 minutes to install not including removal of old windshield. The instructions are good but not great. When installing the top piece, you may need to slide the bottom hinged piece under the lower glass panel. If not, the top panel may not clear the roof. No big deal just plan accordingly. Also, installing the rubber bumpers on the bottom seems more difficult than it actually is. Pay attention to the orientation of the bumper. Make sure the top piece will slide into the runner slot before installing. Then use a flat head screwdriver to install. Take your time here so you don’t crack or scratch the windshield.

I bought this windshield in October of 2022 and installed with no problems. Everything fit well with a quality feel to it. Stored in the garage for the winter and then brought it up to the lake for the 23 season. After only 4 months up here the upper windshield is badly pitted and can hardly be seen through. It was stored outside but in a 3 sided protected area. Not happy at all with the quality of this windshield. UPDATE: I waited two weeks after posting this hoping to hear something from 10L0L but nothing. So then I went to the e-mail they sent me when I originally purchased it and replied to that. Within a day they contacted me and within two weeks they have sent me a brand new windshield without me having to box up and send back the originalpitted one. Excellent communication and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Hopefully this one doesn’t have the same problems but certainly 10L0L is a top notch outfit.

Everything arrived intact---instructions are a bit light for those not mechanically inclined. The light tint is great and the hinge system is far superior to the more common design where the hinge is the rubber connector between the top and bottom---this separates in time from the elements and is noisy. This 10L0L design is excellent and I will use it going forward. Advice; Take your time and really review things when you're trying to adapt the windshield to your existing cart. Remove everything tied into your existing windshield first. You will need to use two self-drilling screws to secure the top hinge from sliding down--at least I needed to do this for my cart. There's two holes already pre-drilled in those two hinges. All in all, terrific design and I'm pleased I purchased this windshield. Hopefully the durability will be as good. 😊

The windshield is good for dry weather and looks good. It was very hard to push the rubber pieces in. The very bottom of the windshield is pretty flimsy and wobbles a lot while driving. All of this is pretty minor. The biggest issue is that the 2 windshield design creates a big channel for water. The water just ends up pouring into the cab from the sides of the windshield. I didn’t think about this when I bought it. Even with the enclosure water still pours on your legs and feet when you turn from the windshield. I have had it too long to return. I will need to buy another windshield that is a one piece design, like normal, to keep the water out.
