It's insane how they want a product review when you've only had the product for a day or two. they should wait at least a month (or, in a product like this, even longer) before ANY review is meaningful. So my rating is based SOLELY on how it looks out-of-the-box and NOT about how it may/or may not perform. UPDATE DEC 28th: JUNK!!! Was ordered as a Christmas present. Box opened and product installed on Christmas day. Product FAILED after must three days!!! I am a retired mechanical engineer and am reasonably competent when it comes to assembly and installation of items. Cecked and double checked every connection point. Contacted BOTH customer service AND Amazon. Response: basically TS!!! Quote: "item was past return date" IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR GOSH SAKES!!! AND IT FAILED AFTER THREE DAYS.

Simple to setup. Worked as planned. There are 24 different light modes. That's great. But, every time you turn off the lights, it starts back at mode 1. If you liked mode 23, you have to use the keyfob (every time) to punch through 22 light modes to get to the one you like. Why can't the last mode when the lights were turned off, be the first mode when the lights are turned on? My other disappointment was the wiring setup didn't show/engineer how to use the ignition switch to turn on/off the lights instead of reaching for the keyfob each time. But I was also assuming the last light mode would be the first light mode to turn on.
