It stopped working after 4 times using it on my golf cart. I received it on October 28th, 2025. It did not get installed into November 25 when my son-in- return from a deployment. Tom did a great job installation my it. The lights were wonderful until disappointingly they stopped working. Tom was not able to get in working. I would like a refund

The media could not be loaded. 1. Easy to install 2. Zip ties are too small for a majority of frame that was easiest to mount to 3. Length of wires are long it helps any anxiety that it’s not gonna reach the control box. 4. Remote is neat but finicky, works then doesn’t then works. 5. Modes are cool I like the rolling colors 6. The media could not be loaded. This was a little challenging to “install” as we had to lay on rock and figure out where to place everything. The packaging included instructions, zip ties, and a few stickers. We ended up using all of the zip ties and had to get creative with some placement because of our golf cart. It comes with a remote to turn on/off, change the mode of lights (there is a soft transition, fast flicker, and I believe a solid color) and connect the lights to your music. We can’t figure out how to align the music to the lights and have the lights connected to our battery pack. We also have Bluetooth on our golf cart and that doesn’t seem to work but still we enjoy the lights overall. It’s was fun for us to have in for our Christmas golf cart parade in our neighborhood. Quality of lights seemed to be good and they are holding on strong!

Installed January 2025 and only used a handful of times (literally 4-5 times for maybe 10 minutes at a time) and it was really cool. Installation was easy and it looked good. However it crapped out after probably less than an hour of total use. Reached out to the company and they sold me a new remote, which didn't work. I have reached out for additional support and no one has responded at all. Definitely disappointed as I liked it a lot when it worked. Maybe ours was a dud, but the lack of customer support is frustrating. Edit: finagled with wording and got it to work. Revising to three stars bc still disappointed in customer service
