Good 10GB SFP+ modules. These connect between the SFP+ switch and an RJ-45 cable. Seems to work great, but as most SFP+ modules do, runs a bit hot to the touch.

10g SFP port only works with Pro Switches and other devices but it must specify 10G. The Ubiquiti Dream Machine Port 9 is 1.25g/10g compatible. The Pro 24/48 port and POE switches are 1.25g/10g compatible. The standard switches are only 1.25g and will not work with 10g. The layer 3 aggregation switch says 10g only. PS the Fiber line has to be flipped on the other end. Its been a long time since I worked with fiber and I forgot. 10GTek is my only go to SFP transceiver, unless I purchase directly from Ubiquiti when they have stock. ... show more
