Overall its a very nice lift but just have a few small gripes otherwise it would've been a 5 star experience 1. Delivery SHOULD include unloading it from the truck. This was a headache in my situation. I was given a 48 hour delivery notice and had to rent a forklift to unload which cost me nearly a thousand dollars. The company loaded it in the very front a 53 foot enclosed trailer and I pretty much had to stand by all day for them to show up. It was super awkward and sketchy to get out. If i had known (read the description, which i will admit I didn't) I would have ordered from elsewhere as it would've been cheaper than my total cost into the project and less headache. 2. I did receive a faulty safety cutoff switch. Bendpak has been easy to deal with with getting a replacement but still happened. 3. Instructions and setup was simple enough and very thorough but some of the diagrams and drawings are NOT to scale which initially had me improperly route the hydraulic lines as there is multiple holes until I watched a youtube video which clarified my hangup. ... show more
