I tryed to see if it had a cat 6 line but it was an ethernet line. After hooking up WIFI my NVR some how recognizes it, I do not have a WIFI NVR.

After noticing that image quality is not nearly what it is supposed to be I talked to customer support about how the NVR only has a data transfer rate of 2mb to camera. They said the camera is 5mb though. I asked why the system I bought said it was 5mb and the NVR claims to be 4k if I can't see it the picture in any of those qualities? They said I can buy better cameras and they emailed me a firmware update that had an easier navigation system but the same video quality that I had before. Look at pic, it's a hd screenshot from my phone of the newer camera. The cars across the street are about 70 feet away at the most and you can't even read the license plate of a car that is sitting still. So if you think you are going to be able to save the day by capturing some footage of someone or something doing wrong then I suggest you buy something higher quality. But you should know that NVR is awesome compared to the other 2 big name battery operated surveillance camera companies

I like that this camera has a swivel. I'm using it in my front yard because that's the only place with an outdoor plug. It doesn't appear to be able to be connected to solar as the plug hole is larger than most solar. We live in the country and I like seeing what's going on near animals and houses! It was easy for me to setup and works well. I don't need the best video quality like a tv. I need it to show me the area and be able to see a face, critter or license plate. This camera does all of those well...

This camera will not work with any non Hiseeu NVRs. It does connect via either ethernet or wifi, which is good. You do need to install and use their app to use this camera.
