I have purchased 2 of these cameras, the 1st camera stopped panning after a week of use, returned it and I was impressed with how fast Amazon replaced it. The second camera and the replacement camera are both working fine so far, I bought these cameras for my home security and the one main reason for choosing these is the capability of viewing on Echo show 8 well let's say I would have given 5 stars except both cameras fail to respond to Alexa quite frequently, sometimes for days. I have uninstalled, reset bought extenders have strong WiFi and disabled and enabled the skill several times with no luck, then out of the blue it will respond and I get live view. Not sure what the issue is but it's the reason for 4 stars. Great picture quality except it doesn't stay in hd only when the app is open and soon as you close the app straight back to SD. I would definitely recommend this camera and for the price you can't beat it. Please fix the bug's with the live view and I will give 5 stars! ... show more

Color only worked for a day. When it switched from night mode in the morning hours, the screen became pink in color. Try changing color settings and it didn’t work. Could be IR filter issue when switching from night to day. Need to return.
