I took a chance on buying a couch online, and I am very pleased with it! I waited a month before writing this review to let everyone know the pros and cons. Pros- I love how the whole couch comes apart and the cushions are interchangeable, it's very easy to clean and maintain, and the pet hair is easy to remove (it was so hard to remove on my old couch). The cushions are plush, and it is very comfortable! Cons- It took me about 4 hours to put this together, the directions were easy to follow, but it was time-consuming! I do have to fluff the cushions and we added more pillows to the couch for more comfort. Overall I highly recommend this couch! But be prepared to sweat while your putting it together! :) ... show more

If there are other sofas online at this price, maybe having something already assembled would be my only feedback to choose differently. Size comfort and durability perfect for my office. Easy to assemble with clear directions but there are a lot of pieces. My U-shaped sofa w 2 ottomans came in only 2 heavy boxes. Luckily I had a dolly to roll them into the room. If you have another person it’s a heavy 2 person lift. Something incredibly helpful - high quality assembly tools were included! No plain Jane Allen wrench construction. There was a mallet and long arm allen. I will be putting “extra” felt circles in the bottom to protect the floors, but rubber stickies were included as well. It will easily double as a sleep spot for a guest. ... show more

While it was not the clearest instructions how to put together (pictures only), it took about 3 hours in total and looks great! This is the cushions after 48 hours of allowing them to fluff up, and I will be using some wrinkle releaser on the cushions and throwing the throw pillows and back pillows into the dryer for a little. The cushions are super plush and comfortable. My only complaint (which is my own doing) is how easy the ottomans slide away from the couch, but I have my couch on a rug so that’s expected. We bought this couch while it was on sale. My husband put it together in about 2 hours. It was pretty simple! It is so cute, cozy and the perfect addition to our little home. We were really pleased and surprised with the thickness of the cushions, it’s really comfortable! It does sit a little low, but if you have it against a wall, it works perfectly. Some extra throw pillows definitely make it look expensive! I would definitely recommend it! -4/5 stars, only because the back cushions could’ve been a little larger to ensure you can’t see the back boning of the couch. (you can use the small pillows they provide to fill the gaps) ... show more

This couch is so comfortable! It’s like a memory foam. Don’t be deceived by the two boxes, this is a good size and easy to put together. It is thick cloud cushions and a nice linen beige color. The support is great and the frame is solid.

This is a comfy couch. It has great seat cushions on it. But they will NOT stay in place. We have covered them in Velcro to no avail. What bugs me the most, though is that the back cushions did not even cover the entire back of the couch. I added filler to them and that seemed to help. But the fabric doesn’t wrap all the way around the back cushions and doesn’t cover the whole back of the couch. So when someone is sitting on it, you can see the black material that fills in where the manufacturer tried to cut costs. Also, the couch is made out of a metal frame, which I thought would be good because I’ve had a wooden frame couch break before. But every time one person moves everyone bounces. All of my friends were waiting to see how this couch would turn out and what I have told them is it looks OK, but you can definitely tell it’s an Amazon couch. I definitely regret buying it. I do believe it will last just as long as a traditional, name brand sofa because of how sturdy the frame is, but I don’t think I will ever be happy with the lesser quality look. Overall, I like this couch. Definitely worth the value for the money. A few things I don’t care for are the fact that the back is REALLY short. If you put the couch against a wall and use a pillow for head support you’re fine. However, if not, it’s not the most comfortable. Also, if you’re tall, this couch is not for you. My husband is 6ft and I am 5 9 and our feet dangle. All that aside, it is a good quality couch. It’s sturdy, easy to build, solid, and pretty comfortable. The couch is VERY firm. So if you want something soft this is not the couch for you. The color is perfect. I got the beige and it’s works so well with anything.
