I almost never write reviews, but I genuinely love this couch enough that I had to. I’m a 27 y/o female and I assembled this entire thing by myself in about 3 hours. The instructions were actually clear and easy to follow, which already puts this above half the furniture I’ve ordered online 😅 It also came with ALL the tools needed for assembly, which was a huge surprise because most self-assembly furniture always seems to assume you own a workshop in your garage. The couch itself is ridiculously comfortable. The cushions are super deep and plush with that “cloud couch” feel without feeling flimsy. The double-layer cushioning makes a huge difference. I also LOVE the interchangeable ottomans because you can change the layout whenever you want depending on the room or mood. One thing I’d recommend: definitely give the cushions and pillows time to fully fluff up before judging it. I let mine sit for about 2 days before really using it and now they look perfect and feel amazing. It came in 2 heavy boxes. One box had the couch/frame pieces and the other had all the cushions and pillows, so just be prepared for that during delivery. Once assembled though? Totally worth it. I never write Amazon reviews, but this couch truly is such an amazing find that I couldn’t not share. It came in fast and arrived in 2 boxes. I’m 6 months pregnant and my husband was gone, so I cut the box open outside where fedex had left it and carried it in piece by piece. I was a little nervous seeing the parts because it seemed like the couch would be much smaller and cheaper looking in size compared to the review photos I had seen. I have been the one to put together/build all the furniture in our house, and this definitely ranked as one of the harder things to build. Instructions were clear and a video was even provided on the printout, however it was just a lot of small, tedious parts. It took me about 3 hours to put it together alone. Once the base of the couch was built, I was still a little nervous. It looked small and cheap and I was dreading thinking about having to take all the small parts apart if I wanted to send it back. However, after cutting open the vacuum sealed cushions and seeing how big they were, it made the couch even better than I was expecting. It’s huge, has a ton of cushion, and looks like a higher end couch. I’ll probably zip tie the ottomans legs together and attach it to the base of the couch, but even without doing that it stays put and doesn’t slide even when laying in the cracks of the couch and the ottoman. The cushions are thick and seem very durable, so I feel comfortably that it may lose some of its fullness over time and still be a comfortable couch. I can’t recommend this couch enough! Overall I like this. I have it in my theatre room and it’s comfy. It is soft and looks the way the pictures suggest. A few notes: It takes longer than 72 hours to fluff up. It’s been 3 weeks and some pillows still don’t have great form. It’s not fun to put together, but it’s doable. I’d recommend buying a cheap set of Allen wrench bits and using a drill!!! I did this by hand and my hands were raw for days after. Just use a drill on lower torque and you’ll save yourself some trouble. The back is low. My husband and I are using this in a room we plan to relax/lay down in so this wasn’t a huge deal for us but if you’re buying this as a regular couch I’d keep in mind that the back is pretty low.     • I strongly advise against purchasing this couch.
First, the couch is extremely uncomfortable. The cushions are so firm that it genuinely feels like you're laying on a piece of wood rather than a sofa. There is little to no cushioning or comfort, making it unpleasant to sit or lounge on for any length of time. The customer service and return process were even more disappointing. When I requested a return, the seller wanted to deduct $85 from the refund and only provided one return shipping label, despite the couch being delivered in two separate boxes. The biggest issue is that once you open the couch and allow it to expand, it is impossible to fit it back into the original packaging. Naturally, you need to open and assemble the couch to determine whether it's comfortable, but after doing so, the seller simply states that it can no longer be returned because it won't fit back into the box. No alternative solutions were offered, such as large-item pickup or replacement packaging. As a result, customers are left stuck with an uncomfortable couch and no realistic way to return it. Between the poor comfort, unreasonable return process, and lack of customer support, this has been a very frustrating experience. I was def VERY worried about buying a couch off of amazon I’m def very impressed with it tho. It’s seriously soooo comfy. Took me a couple of hours to build but the instructions were super easy to understand and I was able to build it by myself. Everyone in my family have taken a nice long nap multiple times on this couch 😂. Everything is washable and it’s def been put to the test at my house. Perfect for little kids! The ottomans can move around and make a giant bed for cuddles! Not super tall but at the perfect height. My toddler can climb up it and get off by himself. ... show more

Hopefully you live on the first floor or a home with a walk up, third-floor dweller here and it was a TASK getting both boxes into my home. Also, highly recommend two people for assembly, it is possible with one but be ready to question your life choices. Instructions were better than most and the labeling was quite good as well, but there is room for improvement. Couch comfiness? Average. Back rest cushions are lack-luster. Seat cushions and ottoman cushions are very good. Color is a bit lighter than depicted. Overall, not bad but personally think price could be dropped by $100 or so, when comparing to other sofa/couches offered on here. ... show more

It’s perfect!! I went with the color flat white, and it’s beautiful. Assembly was straight forward. It took about two hours. It arrived in two packages, one with the cushions and the other with the couch frame. I spent so long looking for which couch to buy and kept coming back to this one. I’m very happy I ended up choosing this couch! It is firm, but comfy, feels supportive. It does sit a bit lower to the ground, could always get higher legs if you need a higher seat.
