I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this sofa. The fabric is soft, but very sturdy. Assembly is slightly more involved than putting together a cabinet, but the video on the product page was tremendously helpful when the paper instructions were questionable on positioning of components. The great thing is, the sections of the sofa bolt to each other, so there is no shifting or separation like some other sofas suffer from. You can assemble it as shown on the product page, or assemble it as a two seat sofa and have a separate chaise lounge component. It is a firm sofa, but comfortable. The cushions fluffed quickly and have stayed fluffed, no indentations from repeated sitting. Overall it is a great value, especially when compared to the ridiculous sofa prices in brick and mortar furniture stores for the same product. This couch is great for the price. Big, not too hard to assemble and the foot rest is a nice size. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the video made it seem a lot softer than it actually is. This is a firm couch. Nothing wrong with that but it wasn't advertised that way

Very fast shipping, arrived two days earlier than expected and easy to assemble! I assembled the couch in under 5 minutes! We love this couch, very comfy and the material is nice as well! We are redoing our basement and will likely purchase another one for that space as well

The couch is cheaply made, it doesn’t come together and doesn’t connect. It’s not very comfortable either. The package only came with one seat and when you contact the sellers they will not help you at all

Amazing! super comfortable Me and my wife were looking for a couch for the longest and we came across this one, we gave it a try and we were not disappointed at all. The only thing is if you have tile or anything besides rug the ottoman will slip easily but I bought some of them anti slip rubber base on here for like 10 bucks and now it doesn’t move at all Highly recommended! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am going to give this 5 STARS! I assembled this couch alone and it took me 2:15 (lol). I am so proud of myself. It is a long couch, it's comfortable, sitting and standing is just right (not low at all). I am 5'7. I love the charging ports on the side. The directions were easy to follow (with pictures). It is a supportive couch, so not too fluffy, but very comfortable. The pillows are supposed to fluff out more in 72 hours.But I am good with it how it is.
