Fair for $850

I spent $1400 on a sectional from Costco a few years ago and it was great. I wanted something cheaper for my basement and found this. I’ve had this sofa for a few months now and it has been great. It’s definitely not as big and cushy as options from Costco, but it was $600 cheaper. I got a 5 piece sectional from Costco and it is noticeably bigger than this 7-8 piece set. The Bad: I took off a star for the deceptive advertising. The dimensions they provided for this sofa are accurate and I ordered it based on the dimensions so it worked out fine for me. But it did bother me when I took a closer look at the pictures where you see a man sitting in the sofa and his back is fully supported by the sofa. The reality is, it goes about halfway up your back. The pictures do make it look bigger than it really is, but again the dimensions provided are accurate. Back when I bought this it said the normal price was $1300, but it was on sale for $850. This also was misleading as it implied you were getting a good deal. As of writing this review the listed price is still $850, but it no longer claims to be a $1300 sofa. (It’s a decent sofa, but I’d be very upset if I spent that much on this since the quality is not the same as what you’d expect a $1300+ sofa to be) The back cushions are held in place by Velcro. It startles me when we move on the sofa since it sounds like something is tearing when the Velcro moves. I have noticed over time that once they’re broken in, the Velcro has a tighter hold so it’s not as bad now. I still wished they used zippers instead of Velcro to hold the cushions in place. The good: This delivered in 4 boxes. I was impressed how little space they took up and how efficiently these were packed. The hollow construction allowed them to stuff the cushions in the frame of the sofa sections. These are incredibly lightweight yet sturdy. If you have to move a lot these would be super easy to move. I also liked the storage space they provide. That’s the one design advantage these have over the Costco variants I looked at. Conclusion: This was the best value sectional sofa I could find that had the most seats for the price. It works. It looks decent. I don’t think you’ll find a better option for the price unless you get lucky and find something on clearance at a local furniture store. I’m happy with this as a secondary sectional for my basement, but I would personally want something better for a primary sofa. If you can’t afford something better, this will do the job just fine. I still wouldn’t pay more than $850 for this.

Must have couch!

We purchased this couch after very careful consideration and lots of searching. This couch was exactly what we needed for our small basement man cave set up! The pull out couch is perfect for sleepovers or family movie nights! The ottoman we use to put our younger boys toys in. The couch its self has enough storage in it to hold several blankets and pillows. There’s also pockets on the side the hold the tv remote. The couch is a very nice looking couch. It is slightly firm but very comfortable. It is definitely worth the money.

Very satisfied with this sofa

Our family has been very satisfied with this sofa. It was delivered in 4 different boxes that arrived within a day of each other. The seller was nice enough to include all 4 tracking numbers to us in a message. The material of the sofa is some sort of corduroy, comfortable and durable. The cushions are soft but also firm enough to provide support. They expand within 48hours and were quite comfortable to sit on from the start. Fits very well in the space. Has lots of cool features like a pull out portion, an openable seat, and and openable ottoman that can also be placed in different places. We like the grey color because it won't get too dirty looking 😆 When pulling out the bed seat cushion, it can be a bit finicky, but just do it slowly and align it correctly and it is a non issue.

It is a comfortable couch. The modular design is so handy. We’ve already rearranged it a few times: straight row one day, L‑shape the next, whatever fits our vibe. When friends come over, it easily seats 5‑6 people with room to spare. The size is exactly what I wanted — plenty of room to lounge, host friends, or take a nap. Get what you pay for....
I needed a larger couch for my apartment and this fit the bill perfectly- at first. I am now realizing why this is a fraction of the cost of the real Cloud Couches. The set up was super easy, it arrived quickly and I was able to manage it all myself. However, after 3 months of use- I find it to be uncomfortable and annoying due to the fact that the stuffing in the cushions is cheap and quickly loses shape. I have to spend 5 minutes re-fluffing it and rearranging the stuffing so that it is plush enough to sit on, and then after about 15 minutes of sitting down- it loses shape again and time to readjust. Lateley, when I want to really relax I end up just laying in my bed becasue that is much more comfortable. So overall- the price was great if you want an affordable dupe of the cloud couch- just know that you are sacrificing comfort.

Not real impressed here, rather small for Americans and not real comfortable. Cheap and easy to put together. My gf likes it however I'd rather take it out back and burn it in the firepit and go buy something quality. Be great for college kids not so much families.

Comfortable and sturdy, but time will tell

I’ve had this couch for about a month and a half, and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for multiple seating options and something comfy for movie night or a good nights sleep. But I have concerns about how the couch will wear after a year or so of regular use, along with the backrest cushions What I love: -Fabric is durable, even with a big dog and cat with claws. -very comfortable even to sleep on, the arm rests are even angled appropriately for a decent pillow -sturdy frame on the main parts of the couch -lots of room to lay and sit however you please -Velcro backrests make it easy for cleaning -storage is great and roomy -modular aspect makes it easy to customize seating for any occasion What I don’t like: -Pull-out frame seems like it may not hold up over time. It squeaks when moving around and the arms don’t seem as strong as the rest of the couch and its frame. Does not always lock into place fully when pulled out, requires a weight test before use so you don’t fall into the abyss with the cushion upon sitting -backrests are only secured with one strip of Velcro at the top of the backrest, making for poor lower back support as the backrest cushion angles backwards while the top angles forwards. Requires a throw pillow to sit back comfortably. -backrest cushions aren’t filled with enough stuffing, which contributes to the odd angle and poor lower back support -ottoman is somewhat difficult to pickup to move due to the low sides -sitting on the cushion crack means sitting on the floor of the couch Overall I’m happy with the purchase as it’s an upgrade from what I had previously, and is very comfortable. I’m worried about the cushions degrading and getting squished over time, especially the backrest cushions, but i personally am crafty enough to fill the cushions in the future (or figure it out) if they get low. Even if you’re not looking to do that, I still would recommend this. Can’t say if they’ll squish or not until more time has passed. Solid 4.2 out of 5 for me
