Buyers should know that lower cost vinyl blinds may eventually become brittle over the years and break easily if twisted or exposed to a lot of direct sunlight. This is just what I needed to for over my door window. It was the correct size and length. The directions are cumbersome and unclear. It took some time to figure out how to get everything correct. Also, I thought it was missing the nails and brackets but they were taped to the inside of the box. I'm glad I didn't throw the box away before ai realized. ... show more

Upon opening box, a small loose plastic cap was found. Turned out it was end cap from bottom rail (did pop back on) that had fallen off. There was a small box with 3 chrome mounts, screws, plastic hold downs. As there were no instructions, I found a 35 second video on the Amazon listing which had maybe 5 seconds that showed hardware. By stopping Video I was able to see it was outside mount hardware. I needed inside, listing said came with both. Not. Mount must align with free area on header so it clips in. While popping top header into clips, a plastic end piece popped off of it (not touched, just popped off). You need to turn wand around forever to adjust slats. No instructions, parts missing, poor construction/operation. I’ll look elsewhere for blinds for other windows, this went in a tv room and was a ‘test’ of the maker. Sorry to say maker failed. 07/20/2023 - the slats on these have self destructed becoming brittle, breaking, pinholes appearing. Yellow Blinds did not reply to my contact request sent to them via their website. I have again sent @ request to them. Product says 12 month warranty. I want my mone6 back. Product is junk and Yellow Blinds notter. Problems from day 1 and they don’t care. ... show more

These are very affordable and look like more expensive blinds. They were east to install and the double sided tape is a plus to hold the brackets so they can be screwed into the frame.
