The seller is also very considerate and easy to communicate with. At first, only 1 of the 2 sofa shipments arrived and the second went missing. UPDATE : Company contacted me and provided tracking for the second package. Appareantly amazon cant provide tracking for multiple packages. They seem responsive and i look forward to other half of couch. / old review. -I recieved half my couch. Got concerned,The couch also says delivered. Fedex and amazon says that my couch is all set and delivered... upon getting the other half of my couch i will change review, but regardless they only sent one box, and only tracking for ONE box. Also the back support is ehh very low, and can not sit back or rest head at all. I am 6 ft tall, so for shorter people or people that dont care about any head/upper back support its good for you. I will say that it is EXTREMLY comfy to lay on and chill, i dont dislike it. But i wish there was like a back piece i could buy just to help with the back support, because just the thin pillows dont really provide it. Upon getting the second half of my couch ill happily change my review... its very frustrating and i recomend shipping both pieces next time/ provide tracking for both. Also i thought both were in the same box and opened it. I was wrong. And it Puffs up all the way in legit like 10 mins. Pretty fast! PLEASE SEND THE OTHER HALF OF THE COUCH..... ... show more

Would be nice if it were a little taller for the back of the couch, it's kinda an awkward height so not comfortable without bigger pillows to just prop head up on and kick back on, but that's my only gripe and that isn't anything that the description was deceiving on. It clearly stated the dimensions! It's very soft and love can rearrange it so that it accommodates whatever situation is going on in living room- if need seating then can put in norm formation and even use ottoman as extra seat or can put in chase formation to watch a movie with the family so its like revamping the look of the living room with minimal effort and perfect for what I wanted and needed. The icing on the cake is the fact you can wash the covering!! Absolutely great for the price! ... show more

Its decently comfortable, my biggest complaint is that the back is super short. Even compared to the pillows... the pillows take up a lot of the space on the depth of the couch but if you dont have them then you have nothing supporting most of your back. Im not entirely sure it was worth it.
