I'd give this one a 5 star. Unboxing was really easy just a slide out, unroll, cut across at the end, slide off the plastic, and just watch it inflate! After about a whole 12-15 hours I feel it's already ready to use normally! It's really soft.. smooth.. super comfortable. Amazingly the back support is really soft but it's still supporting. Definitely small living room certified.👍👍 Easy to push around.

This 2-piece couch is VERY hard. There is absolutely no plush or comfort to it. After sitting on it for just one hour watching TV, my back and legs were aching and I am fit and active, so I knew something was wrong. This couch is not comfortable at all. It also sits extremely low to the ground, so tall people beware this is not a good option if you want proper seating height or support. On top of that, the return process has been a nightmare. I have been trying to return this couch since December and the seller does NOT respond. The couch arrived compressed in two boxes, but the seller only provided ONE return label. Now I’m stuck trying to find a box big enough to ship two bulky pieces of furniture. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. DO NOT purchase from this seller. Save your money and your time.

Very easy to set up. I was a little disappointed in 2 ways. I thought the 2 pieces would connect but they just push together and I thought it was a right facing couch that I ordered not left. It’s very low and close to the floor so far. I’m hoping it will puff up more in the next few days. We will see how that goes but the material is very soft and I love it has a chaise.
