The media could not be loaded. I have a lot to say about this desk. First off, wow. This was my absolute dream desk that I've been wanting for almost 2 years and I must say, I was not disappointed. I'm doing a full Thermaltake Level 20 build and had to have it. Obviously the first thing you may notice is the price as it most certainly isn't for everybody. However, if you love RGB and need a well-built desk, this is the sturdiest height adjustable desk I've tested. Second... so I used to do in-home furniture assemblies for Amazon, IKEA and Office Depot. I've put together hundreds of desks including other electronic height-adjustable desks and I have to say, this is by far the most complicated/difficult piece of furniture I've ever assembled. I'm an assembly professional and this was not an easy or fun desk to do. I think I clocked my final assembly time with adjustments at right under 3 hours and that's considering I was very familiar with how to put something like this together. On top of that, the manual (which comes in like 4 different languages) has the smallest pictures for reference and I can assure you, if you're putting this together with manual hand tools (most are provided) and you aren't familiar with using tools in general, you'll probably spend 4 5-6 hours putting it together as it is also pretty heavy. I'm very serious, it was a major endeavor. In summary, the desk itself is awesome, lighting effects are top-notch and it really does feel expensive. I'd buy it again for sure. The one thing I would recommend is during the motorized shaft installation, you may want to plug in the controller to test that the motor will spin both sides of the shaft. I got it all put together and realized the shaft was not tight enough, causing only one side to lift which will most certainly damage to desk, so I had to unbolt the shroud that covers the shaft (its inverted so it is really difficult to unbolt 6 screws with an allen wrench) to tighten the shaft connectors adding about 30 minutes after the fact. Please note, I also do NOT recommend using power tools on any part of this desk, if you crossthread or damage any bolts or panels, you're going to have a really, really bad time. ... show more

Desk is sturdy, desk is large, mousepad is nice. Assembly isn't easy, but there's an option to have a real man assemble it for you if that is your problem. I love the thing, it looks great, and it works perfectly. HOWEVER, mine shipped with a faulty rear LED strip... Contacted thermaltake more than 50 days ago, and my RMA request is STILL being reviewed by a CSR. Also, you can't buy parts. They dont sell the strips. They don't even sell extra parts for their cases. Like the $1,000 level 20 case you can buy? Yeah, don't try customizing, the "modular" design. (literally their sales gimmick) Really guys? $800 in profit from a desk sale isn't enough reason for you to give a damn about the people buying them? I have lots of thermaltake products (including the $1,000 "modular" case i can't customize) and have never needed to use their customer service until now. Until now i would speak the gospel of thermaltake. Until now i thought they were perfect. Until now. Don't buy anything from thermaltake. It always looks good, until you need the company for something. Then they don't give a damn about you, or respecting the rules of customer service. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful, sturdy RGB desk with tons of room, motorized desk adjustment and a full desk mousepad. Amazing overall product. No missing pieces or anything like that. I’m really happy and impressed with the product itself and it does justify the cost, but beware: assembly is extremely difficult and lengthy. Make sure you research ahead of time the drill bits you will need for the screws and bolts. I didn’t have any drill bits that fit their screws because they were pretty specific in size and type, so i had to use the included tools to build by hand. Also, although i did it by myself, i strongly recovered asking for someone to help you out. There’s some pretty tricky positions you have to get in in order to line up the threads with the screws, and it gets pretty tiring after a while. It took me 7 hours without a break to finish assembly. But again, the result was worth the price, the final product is very satisfactory. It just got difficult when their tutorial video started skipping over some steps and doing things differently than the small manual included ... show more

I love the desk. The LEDs are crisp, sharp, and well saturated with color. Controlling the color is easy. The desk is the right size to hold my monitor, laptop, work laptop, books and miscellaneous stuff, without being obtrusive in the room. The whole set-up with desk and chair fits in this bay window sized area in my game room. The set-up was not obvious and in fact the first time I tried to raise the desk it didn’t work. I had not screwed in the drive shaft enough apparently, but there is no direction on how tight this should be and no direction to try to move the desk in this configuration (all would be recommended for anyone assembling later). I also didn’t appreciate the white glove delivery which left a 200 lb box at my doorstep because they refused to actually perform the service I paid for. Amazon was very understanding and refunded the white glove cost immediately. ... show more
