(Photo taken before fully formed) I LOVE this couch. If you’re someone who makes coziness a priority - especially if you’re on a budget - this is your couch. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money but I wanted something for people to sit on and an extra place to sleep a visitor. Pros: -It’s the perfect depth for crossing your legs or lying down with shoulder room. - Very soft. -The wide armrests are lovely for using as a makeshift table for books, snacks, remotes, cats, etc. -Firm and supportive with plenty of spring-back. -The size is just right for a one bedroom apartment. -It’s in two parts. It’ll make it so much easier to handle when I move! I can also move them to face one another and make a little movie night nest. Cons: -The back is quite low. I have a bunch of throw pillows so it’s not an issue for me but it’s something to consider. -It’s not the easiest couch to get out of! It’s a little lower to the ground than your average couch and there’s no bones to leverage yourself on. -A lot of plastic waste with the packaging. I’m sure that’s going to be the case with any couch-in-a-box but it’s still something to consider before buying.

This is a fantastic sofa! It was delivered super quick. I ordered it on a Saturday night and it arrived the following Wednesday, a week earlier than anticipated. It came in one box that I was able to drag up four porch steps and inside the front door on my own. Inside the box it was wrapped up tight but once I cut open the plastic it uncompressed almost immediately. I was able to sit on it in just a few minutes. It’s hard to explain but it’s both soft and firm at the same time and so comfortable. It does not move around on its own at all. I was worried that it might sit too low for my taste but it’s a perfect height. As some others have stated it has a low back but the pillows that come with it makes it super comfortable. This is a fantastic purchase and I’m so happy that I ordered it.

Terrible quality. Ripped within 32 days of delivery but only 29 when you think of the 3 days you let it expand. Seller refused to give me refund because I had to have a new couch deliver from an actual furniture store and they disposed of this ripped couch and I didn’t have pictures to prove. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. Should have just bought from a furniture star to begin with instead of throwing away money on this “cloud couch”

We had a $3000 sectional and it got destroyed. I bought this on a whim, hoping and praying that it was worth the hype from social media after reviewing multiple sofas on Amazon. This one is beyond my expectations. It has to this day replaced our old sectional, every single person, including my pets LOL think that this is the best furniture we have in our house! So obsessed! The oatmeal taupe color is lovely! I even bought a matching material chair with an ottoman in a different color because we LOVE the make of this. I just cannot say enough good things! So comfortable, holds it structure, but it is a high-grade memory foam soft, no maintenance, light enough that you can just move it around as a girl, it doesn’t separate or gap, the pillows are phenomenal sturdy! It’s just every single thing about it, buy it!!!!

I wasn't expecting this couch to be as great as it is. The size and softness of it is perfect. I opened the box and it basically assembled itself. I am very happy with my purchase and love the way it looks. As a 5'9 girl the height is perfect and not too low, and its very sturdy. I expected to sink right through to the ground but its nothing like that. I will definitely recommend this product.
