We have had this couch for 4 months now and I can say I’m Thoroughly impressed and figured I’d come back to leave an honest review. One of our dogs kept chewing up our couches when we’d leave the house which resulted in us looking for a cheaper option for the time being and we wound up buying this couch, and I’d do it again. 4 months of dogs/kids/company over and it has remained firm, super easy to clean, no rips or tears in the fabrics and very dog friendly (we have 3 large dogs that are NOT gentle with anything) When we first set it up, I was worried that overtime, the back of it would start to warp and lean since we don’t have it against a wall, but it has stayed upright and once again, firm. I was afraid our dogs nails would cause rips/tears but the fabric has maintained its quality very well, and I find that spraying it with Shout takes any stains out immediately. Only cons of this couch is it is a little low to the ground, it’s not a problem for me but my boyfriend is over 6ft so it’s more awkward for him to sit upright. The back pillows are also a little difficult to keep in place and they are kinda flimsy but not to a point where it’s bothersome, I wish they had Velcro to keep the cushions somewhat attached to the back of the couch but still have to option to detach for cleaning purposes. But once again, it’s a cheaper GREAT option when you’re trying to find a durable couch on a budget. It’s super comfortable but not to the point you’re sinking into it which I also love. My only recommendation to the company is to make an ottoman piece that goes out as far as the chaise so that 2 or even 3 people can lay down across it or put their feet up, because I would buy it in a heartbeat! If you’re on the fence about purchasing, I would say do it! You really can’t beat the price for what you get! ... show more

Bought this almost a year ago still very comfy and the material still looks like new. It was the simplest thing I’ve ever put together. My 4 year old jumps on it all the time and it’s still very firm

Honestly when purchasing this couch, i half expected to receive something unusable. A whole couch for 600$?! How is that possible. I waited for it come and the whole time I worried. We unboxed the couch (it flew out on top of my husband which was very entertaining) and it looked BEAUTIFUL. It was so easy to unbox and get it in place. We gave it a few days to "inflate" and it is just so comfortable. I'm in my second trimester of pregnancy and let me tell you, its hard out here! We had a small cot previously so I spent so much time in bed. But now with this couch, I can be sprawled out and watch tv but still be "up for the day". It eases my back pain and is comfortable. me and my husband can both lay with our legs out. I'm about 260 and this couch holds me great. It doesnt slide or move and is nice and thick. The color is beautiful and looks amazing in our living room. I would say the only thing that could be a tiny bit better is the support on the arm rest that faces away from the wall. Its not super sturdy. This couch is awesome for the price and i would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice looking couch thats comfortable without paying 1200$-1800$. ... show more

    • Delivery was a huge hassle with FedEx, the Ottoman seems fine. It’s comfortable.

Item was delayed, Fed Ex apparently said it was “undeliverable” even though we receive other packages from Amazon. I had to call more than once, and even then delivery was delayed about a week. When it was finally delivered, the driver placed the rectangular box deliberately across the threshold of our door, which could put someone at risk if they tripped over it going out. I was skeptical because there are a few reviews that state they didn’t recieve both pieces to the couch and wasn’t able to get a refund or anything , then i received one piece and not the other and got even more skeptical but i noticed that the seller actually sent me a message and let me know it was being shipped separately and gave me both of the tracking numbers and oh behold the other piece came that Monday recieved the first price that Friday before . This couch is sooooo soft and i was worried about it being to low or small or it not having a back , but the pillows that come with it attach to the couch and give it that full couch look ! And it’s still fluffing out but it’s already super firm and comfortable. ... show more
