You can adjust time, color and recharge the thing on any USBC. I’ve been using it for a while now and I feel my skin is tighter and smooth. I pair this with a decent skin regimen so based on your normal routine is really what will enhance its effectiveness. It’s meant for your face but I’m definitely guilty of making it work on my chest and legs. If it works, why not?? The value is definitely there, especially if you can get creative. Lately after washing her face at night, my wife has been putting on this light therapy mask and sitting on the couch for a little while before bed. Before this she usually spent that time scrolling on her phone while using regular sheet masks. This setup feels calmer somehow. The mask itself is lighter than I expected and does not press heavily against the face while wearing it. Once the straps are adjusted, it stays in place pretty well too. Sometimes she walks around folding laundry with it on and it barely shifts. The first time my daughter saw her wearing it, she laughed and said mom looked like somebody from a science fiction movie. Switching between the light modes is simple and does not take much figuring out. I also like that there is not much setup involved. She mostly just charges it, puts it on, and relaxes for a bit. Lately my wife has been putting her phone down earlier at night because of this little routine. At this point it has quietly become part of her normal bedtime wind down habit around the house.
