It was easy enough to install the black out curtains. They work very well. I work graveyard shifts and it's nice to have a dark room to still without the light of day waking me up. My suggestion is to make sure you press hard when using the adhesive Velcro they give you!

But use an alarm to wake up because you will think it's still midnight in the morning. This product works just as advertised. My son's room was always hot since one of the windows faces where the sun sits during the day. Window tint and black out curtains didn't help too much. Once we put up this product, there was a significant temperature decrease, and they completely blocked the light.
