Easy assembly it took me maybe 30 minutes or less. I love this couch so much. Comfortable and way bigger than we expected but love that. Can comfortably sit 4-5 people no doubt.

This couch is bigger than i thought it would be, I ordered 2 and took out one of the side arm rests so i can connect into 1 couch. Let me just say me and my family love this couch the color is perfect the sturdiness is a 3 out of 5 but for this price i love it the size of this couch is huge and perfect for my living room and the comfort is perfect soft,bouncy etc, and over all a great couch for me. I did have a problem with my shipping process which was UPS fault and the seller went over and beyond to fix this issue thank you. But i will give another update in about 6 months. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Definitely not easy for one person to put together, especially because the brackets were installed incorrectly. I would suggest having a second person. It is that it is cheaply made and would not hold up to children, jumping on it or falling on it . the particleboard that the brackets are screwed into is not of the sturdiest quality as mine ripped from the particleboard when we tried to fit the brackets in. The brackets were not installed correctly, causing the damage when we tried to disassemble it. Customer service was good but slow because it is from another country. I’m still waiting for the replacement parts to fix it. It only took a few days to get the couch, but the replacement parts are taking almost 2 months to get. I hope they show up before I have to move. Would like to mention it is super comfy and the material is velvet soft. But keep in mind, the material is a thin material that just basically slip fits over the frame. I got it in white and have already noticed how easily it gets dirty. good part is you can take it off and wash it. Not going to lie, probably want to wash on a gentle cycle and NOT dry it in a dryer. All in all it’s serving its purpose for now, but I don’t see it lasting more than a year. I had super high hopes and it does have positive features, but I probably would not buy again for the price. ... show more

So first thing, this ships through FedEx and they don’t have help getting the package to your door. I had to help bring this 145 pound box up 3 flights of stairs smh. I will take that up with FedEx. Another thing, I believe I got someone’s returned couch because broken pieces were in the box and the slider connections were broken so the couch is completely uneven. The couch is bigger than I thought it would be and was difficult to put the couch covers on. Overall I would really love this couch because it’s beautiful but the fact that I had received a used broken and returned couch from someone else… I give 3 stars. It would be nice to get a discount and communicated that this was a reverb couch! Highly disappointed. Now this couch is discontinued on Amazon. ... show more
