5/2/26 Update: I cannot stress enough that this couch does not match the description. Calling it a "cloud" couch is DECEPTION!!!! You can feel the wooden slats under you through the cushions! Sure, you can add additional foam but after you've paid for them you might as well have jus purchased a better couch in the first place. In all honesty, I would have been better off going to my local Goodwill or Salvation Army and purchasing a $100 used couch. It would have been more comfortable, the cushions wouldn't look like they are frowning at me (see attached pic) and I wouldn't have had to deal with this seller who was a pain in the butt to deal with (to put it as nicely as I can). I contacted Amazon customer service on 4/28/26 and they reached out to the seller for me. I spent several days going back and forth with them. I sent them the same image I've attached to this review and explained that there isn't enough space for all 3 seat cushions to lie flat and it's causing the cushions to buckle in the middle. They offered me a refund, but told me that I would be responsible for the return shipping expense because my desire to return the couch was based on my own preference and the couch is "functional". FUNCTIONAL???? Holy socks are technically functional too as you can put them on your feet and wear them, but that doesn't mean that you would want to. Just the same, I could technically sit on this couch and it would be fulfilling it's "function" but I could also sit on a rock and be just as comfortable. The bottom line is that the description of this "cloud couch" is deceiving and the seller is uncooperative and ridiculous. Please do not get suckered into buying this couch and if you do - you CAN return it without being charged for shipping, but you have to contact AMAZON customer service to do that. I've just finished my chat with a wonderful representative that has submitted a claim against this seller and will be issuing my refund in full within 1 week AND I DON'T have to pay a dime to return this POS Rock Couch. You can contact customer service via chat - just ask Rufus for help! Don't waste your money! Assembly is confusing because some of the illustrations don't accurately show the orientation of the hardware, but we got it together in about 2 hours. We followed the instructions and waited 48 hours for all the cushions to expand before putting them in their coverings. After 48 hours the cushions still didn't look fully expanded - They are thin! We arranged the cushions on the sofa and realized that the seat cushions are too big to fit properly on the frame, so the center cushion buckles in the middle. The back cushions aren't big enough, so they don't take up the full width of the frame. It feels like sitting on a slightly padded board. It's not only uncomfortable, but ugly too! I want my money back, but the box had fallen apart by the time we took all the pieces out and now all the cushions are out of their packages and expanded so everything wouldn't fit in the box anyway. I will be contacting the seller to find out how to resolve this and if that doesn't work, I'll contact Amazon. Save yourself the time, energy and money and just look for a different sofa!

I bought this couch because of the price and the reviews. It ships in one box. Assembly is easy, with picture instructions and a video you can watch beforehand. I chose the grey color, and it looks really nice. I love the size—it comfortably fits three people. If you want a comfortable couch but have dogs, kids, or anything else that would ruin an expensive one, this couch is for you. It’s a great piece for the money.

I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my money. This isn't just a low-quality sofa; it’s a calculated trap to make returning it nearly impossible. The "Defective" Start The cushions arrive vacuum-sealed and flat as pancakes. The instructions tell you to wait several days for them to "inflate and expand." This is the first part of the trap. I waited, and waited, and they never expanded. They stayed lumpy, thin, and offer zero support. The Return Nightmare When I realized the product was defective and contacted the seller, they "generously" offered a return. Here is the catch: The Assembly Trap: Once you’ve spent hours assembling the frame, there is no way to get it back into the original box. Unless you own a industrial-grade vacuum sealer, those cushions aren't going back in. No Home Pickup: They require you to take this massive, heavy box, (if you are somehow able to pack -- put the toothpaste back in the tube) to a UPS drop-off point yourself. Final Verdict They know exactly what they are doing. They send a subpar product, wait for you to unpack and assemble it, and then rely on the fact that it’s physically impossible for most people to ship it back. Save your sanity and your wallet. Stay far away from this seller.

Not comfortable. The padding for the cushions fill up the covers for the cushions and it looks nice but it feels like you’re not sitting on any padding. The padding inside of the cushions is stained and it looks like random bits and pieces were put together. The couch was pretty annoying to put together and the part numbers do not align with the instructions. Unless you have put furniture together before and have some experience, good luck getting this put together. It’s a cheap couch so you pretty much get what you paid for but do not expect to be pleasantly surprised like I was hoping to be.

It's definitely a couch and not a terrible one for the price but I would definitely recommend going with something nicer. From first looks, the grey color was more of a washed out navy and the couch material itself is not very soft. Building instructions were clear and concise but putting this together took me about 2-3 hours because the parts barely fit together, and only after completing construction I realized that they had sent me six covers for the back cushions of the couch and zero for the bases. Contacted the seller and they require a photo of the box, which was massive and thrown away after I bought a couch cover because I didn't want to wait weeks to sit on a couch with no base cushions.
