It's very short, right off the bat. I'm 5'2 and the cushions don't even come up to the back of my knees. I'm not taking a star away because it is ridiculously comfortable. Sure, it looks like something from a college dorm, but it's like sitting on a cloud. It's not too squishy and not too firm. It's wide enough that I can cuddle up with my SO, my son, and our dogs comfortably. The fabric is super soft and the whole outter layer comes off and is machine washable. It's surprisingly pretty too, I thought the pattern would be distracting, but it honestly looks great. The media could not be loaded. Hi guys!! Ok so for all of you who are or were like me searching endlessly for one of these boneless velvet soft couches that we see viral videos of and haven't been sure of purchasing, or were afraid they wouldn't be true to advertisement....stop right now!!! I've been searching for literally months, and finally found this and took that chance and oh my am I the happiest girl ever!! Ok so let's talk about this couch. It was the average or almost best price without all those ridiculous shipping costs I could find. I read all the previous reviews and trusted the reviews and I'm will back those up. It came almost 5 days earlier than stated...loved!! Arrived in 2 packages. Unboxing and setting up literally took less than 10 minutes. Yessss!! I videoed whileybdauvhter unboxed herself. Nothing to it. So when she opened the first one wow!! It plumped up almost immediately to a great size and it states wait at least 72 more hours. I was impressed. The color was dark grey and the fabric a plush silky soft that makes you not want to get up. So how does it hold up...ok right away we did the jump on it test the grandkids went crazy jumping and there was no issues.( I bought this for our game room and for the family to jump and romp on even the dogs. It is absolutely amazing. We love that it has 4 sections so the seating when we have company over for game nights can be versatile. The kids love it to play floor is lava. Ok so I am plus size I weigh 200+ and was concerned that it would sink or not hold shape or support me. Nope that was wrong...I feel %100 supported no sinking or distorted shape when I get up and it is very firm. The size is perfect I was worried it would be too low to the ground and some may have issues getting up or that it may feel like kid furniture. Not at all it is perfect and easy to rise from. I really have no complaints with this. I'm so happy about the price, the ease of setting up, and the overall quality of it now I have a busy family toddler grandkids and 2 big dogs and love entertaining so these give me confidence they will hold up. I’m not even the one to write reviews but this is a warning ‼️ Proceed with caution ⚠️ when buying from this seller. Let me start off by saying that some of the expectations for this couch were met. I will say from the box that I opened, the best thing about the couch is the ottoman, the softness and feel of it nice. I didn’t have the hassle of having to put anything together which is a plus for me. Now that the pleasantries are out of the way! My main problem with this item is the height of it. It’s so short it looks like it was meant for children. This would make a nice item to make a fort with for your kids or for something to put in their play room. Me being 5’9 woman in height there is no way I could sit on and be comfortable getting up without falling or rolling off this so called couch without strain. I just moved into a new home and typically I’m the go to home for the holidays and family events. There would have been no way that my mom, older aunts and uncles could get up and down off of this so called couch by themselves. It sits too low to the ground. So, I thought I would be able to return at least the second box of the couch that was unopened which could have been made into a loveseat/2 seater couch if anything because it’s so wide. The first option I got from the seller was a $30 refund for my (no reason return) as they so eloquently put it in their response 😒 and avoid the shipping cost by just keeping the item or selling it for equal or more value than what I paid for it. Mind you the couch was about $320-340 and my total ended up being $422 WITH SHIPPING. So they didn’t even want to pay for me to ship the unopened item back. When I disagreed with that then I was offered $75 back in refund with basically the same option as before. Now I’m stuck with this giant bean bag chair of a couch that I need to rid myself of. I decided on donating the couch. I may not have been able to get any use out of it but hopefully someone will. ... show more

Get it! I was worried but confident that the top review was true with its great unboxing video review. It comes in two boxes. The first arrived one day early and the other the next. I expected that from reading other reviews. No noticeable smell at un boxing unless you put your face right in it. It's firmly supporting but cushiony and I like it. If you scoot to the very edge and try to sit of course it smushes down. The wide arms are great for placing remotes or controllers or whatever. Its just so cozy and I am so pleased with my choice! I have it in an unconventional arrangement that suits my purposes. Its so great it can do that! Love it! ... show more
