Bought this after a lot of research. Couch is very comfortable. With two large humans, the seats are deep for even a restful night’s sleep (think L shape snooze fest after movie night). One person assembled it alone, took about 2 hours because there were four separate boxes to unpack. Instructions were clear and all the necessary tools were provided. Keep in mind since there are 4 boxes, they got delivered over 2 days. The covers have zips, so Im assuming they’re washable? The sofa is low though, so for taller humans you might like to swap out the legs. I’m 6 feet and dont mind the low seating too much though. The cushions are soft and fluffy. Ordered a clamp for the ottoman to hold it in place. It was a good buy for the price point and looks really nice! Feels sturdy too.

I purchased this couch about 6 weeks ago. These pictures were taken today. I love that it does not stain easily which is a plus with cream couches. It is also very long, as you can see it covers almost the full length of my back wall. Everything needed to assemble came with it and the instructions were clear. It was easy to put together with two people but can definitely be done with just one person. I love that it is a firm and soft couch. I’ve taken a lot of naps on it and it holds its shape well. The only cons I have with it are its height from the floor. I feel like 2 more inches from the floor would be more ideal but certainly not a deal breaker. I plan on purchasing couch leg lifters to see how lifting it higher would feel. Also, the back pillows could be a bit fuller and wider. This is also an easy fix. I plan to purchase pillow covers I found on Amazon that are larger and in the same material and design so it can fill it out more. Overall the minor cons are very minimal compared to the pros. I get a ton of compliments on this couch from friends and family. I have a lot of guest over with teen kids and so far no stains or wear and tear. I love it! I see this couch lasting a long time.

Size matters. The size of this couch was misrepresented in pictures and the description. Size matters. Picture #1 shows the seat height. 3” shorter than described. I’m 5’9” tall. A person my height will notice that one’s bottom is lower than one’s knees when sitting in the couch. The actual seat height is more like 10” off the ground when the cushion compresses with being sat on. Getting up from the couch is like completing the final Rep in a series of squats at the gym with a relentless trainer and nothing to grab onto to help stabilize to get yourself up. Picture #2 shows the sellers’ photo with sizes and measurements. Picture #3 shows the difference between the height of the arm/top of the couch and the seat height. Again, picture #3 shows what looks to be the top of the couch but that’s the top of the pillows that form the back of the couch. The actual couch frame is only two feet tall. I’m 5’9” tall and when I sit in my normal office chair, the tops of my knees are at the same height as the top of the couch. Picture #5 shows my cat standing on the seat of the couch. See how her back is taller than the back of the couch it? You can also see a white ottoman which is taller than the seat of the couch- and to think I considered THAT ottoman too low 😂 The L-shaped couch came in four boxes. I replied to a message from the seller and asked for the individual tracking numbers for all four boxes which is the seller supplied. The box with the ottoman arrived on 7/14/25; Amazon marked the order as completely delivered. The other boxes were due on 7/15 but arrived on 7/16. All of the boxes arrived before or within the original estimated delivery time span. The ottoman box weighed 45 pounds. Each box containing half of the couch weighed 64 pounds. The box containing the arms of the couch weighed 30 pounds. Each box was packaged very efficiently. Each of the seat cushions were vacuum-sealed and compressed. Each pillow for the back of the couch was in an individual bag and put into the bottom of the couch frame. The hardware and couch legs were placed with the pillows and the seat cushion was on top so it looked like an ottoman when it was pulled out. The plastic bag around the couch frame made it much easier to get it out of the box. There’s no way all of that is going to fit back into those boxes if you want to return the couch. The couch does come with the necessary tools to put it together if you hate yourself. The hanger bolts are attached using an Allen wrench which takes ages if you use the included Allen wrench. See picture #6. I opted to use the nearest fitting bit option I had so that I could screw the hanger bolts in most of the way like it was a screwdriver, only using the Allen wrench for the last few turns. (Picture #7). It does come with another wrench tool which I used because I didn’t have a ratchet bit long enough so I had to use the wrenches which came with the couch. Couch legs: Size matters. Because the bolts are an odd size, the holes drilled on the bottom of the couch frame to connect the bolts and the couch legs are too small to easily swap out with other couch legs. I could not find the size listed anywhere within the product listing, description, images, or manual. After receiving the ottoman and putting it together on 7/14, I realize the couch seat height was going to be far too short, but it had already been shipped. So I purchased soldi wood legs that were 6 inches tall with the intention of replacing the 2 inch tall plastic legs the couch came with. If you’re also considering switching out the legs or using risers, the couch legs are an L shape that’s equal distance on each side “about 6 inches) and there are three holes for the bolts to attach the leg the couch. Good luck finding furniture risers that are large enough to hold the entire leg of the couch. Tips for putting it together: clear a lot of space- more than you think necessary. Be prepared for a 13 gallon bag of plastic bags to throw away (I used one of the bags an ottoman came in.) The legs of the couch are placed on the arms of the couch for the outside two legs and in the very center for the inside two legs. Because each piece is identical you’re not gonna mess it up. The bolt connections for the arms of the couch are drilled at the same place as the bolt connections connecting the two halves of the couch in the center. If it looks like the bolts won’t be long enough to hold the center of the couch together, don’t worry. Get both wrenches out and each side simultaneously because it’s easier that way. The seat cushions and the pillows for the back of the couch do have removable covers so they could be washed! Size matters. I don’t care if you’re short or tall, fat or thin, or anything else. Just be honest about it. The couch is fairly comfortable to lay on due to being so low getting up is like nearly getting up off the floor. Sitting on the couch like normal isn’t possible because my knees are shoved halfway up my chest height wise if my feet are on the floor. I basically have to sit in a modified criss-cross (formerly Indian style) with my ankles and knees bent uncomfortably. As I said before, there’s no way I can get these pieces back into the boxes. I don’t know how I can return this couch so I guess I’m stuck with it and will have to waste more money trying to make it tall enough to be usable.
