I ordered two bikes. They shipped about 4 days apart, but both delivered before the projected ship day. I bought them on Prime day. They shipped via FedEx and a signature was required for delivery. They appeared to be a good deal. Never heard of the company before but the few reviews on there were positive. The bikes shipped from CA, but they are obliviously made in China. Put the bikes together in a relative short amount of time. Both had parts that were assembled and needing tightening, one was missing a bolt, but picked it up at Lowes. Haven't quite mastered riding it, but it FLYS. I've been riding motocycles for over 50 years and this reminds me of my early days on those, so much power. I bought these because I'm a larger guy and it was rated up to 330#. Also it had a descent top speed, and larger watt battery. My only concern is that the front wheel seems to come back close to me feet. Wonder if it will be a problem with a tight turn. I've only had them less than a week, but so far I would recommend them. ... show more

The seat came not attached correctly. There is no tool that can fit under the seat to cinch down the seat. The front lite and finder are not able to be connected as the screw to attach these was stripped.

I got this bike as a birthday gift and it is a perfect gift. I ride this with ease it’s super comfortable the battery life is good as well I use it daily and I ride back and forth to work. It rides in the rain really good and the sand as well the light it comes with is really bright the led screen it self is really easy to use.
