First off, I NEVER write reviews. However, I am having such an incredible experience with this E-bike, I decided to let the world know. The looks are so unique. I have received more compliments on it's looks then I can count. No one has ever seen any other Ebike like it. I use the Ebike as my main mode of transportation, it rides so smooth with its large super comfortable seat! And it stops on a dime with the 4 piston Hydraulic Brakes. The Ebike arrived quickly, was packaged well and was easy to complete the assembly. You basically have to put the handle bars on along with the front tire. It Took 15 minutes. I have over 700 miles on it now and it rides just as good as the day I took it out of the box. I added a few additional parts. A backup camera instead of mirrors,(looks really cool and eliminates mirrors sticking out past the end of the bars) along with a suspension seat post, a rear bag and some lights. Their customer service is second to none. I had multiple questions and each and every time their customer support would reply back the SAME DAY!! You can't get customer service better then that. I am a 220LB guy who rides with at least 10lbs of additional gear and I get 60 miles on a charge while going 30 MPH on setting 5 (The highest setting). The battery charger is 2 AMPS so it takes about 7 hours to get a full charge with a depleted battery. The rear suspension is really stiff, so I would recommend a suspension seat post. This is my 3rd Ebike and by far the nicest one yet. With the 8 speed gears, you still have resistance at the pedals when going over 20 miles per hour. On my past EBikes, the pedals were useless once you hit 18 MPH. The pedals wold just "float" With my Cybervelo I can pedal past 25MPH and still feel resistance from the Crank while in gear 8. Honestly, if you are looking for a really good looking, extremely well built bike with great brakes, super comfortable seat, great tires and will go as fast as you will ever need, this is the Ebike for you. You will also have piece of mind knowing that exceptional customer service is here to support you should a problem arise or if you just have questions. Bottom line, do yourself a favor, purchase this Ebike, you won't regret it!

Bike has good suspension, a fairly comfortable seat. I can only get 32mph out of it which is good enough. Battery has good distance and recharges in about 4 to 6 hrs.

I love this bike! It looks awesome, goes fast, is super convenient with being foldable, and lasts a very long time on a charge. I got this bike as an upgrade from my last 26” fat tire that went 28moh and this was definitely a big enough improvement that I was happy with making the purchase. I got in a wreck (car pulled out in front of me) going pretty quick and only managed to get a couple scrapes in the frame but still works great and runs fine even after a heavy impact. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase.

Really good bike, strong and fast. It came heavier than I expected but I'm getting used to it. When you fold it it's pretty tough to load in car. lucky for me i dont have to fold it, it fits in my 08 accord with me only having to fold the handlebars down. I like that this bike came with proper tools needed to make adjustments on the bike. Overall I'm happy with it

When I bought this bike it was advertised as a 1500 W with max 2000 W. It came with a battery that is rated at 800 W. It is also advertised to have 100 hours of battery life. I got 34 hours. When I contacted the seller about it they told me that that is with a 110 lb rider, with pedal assist, on flat ground. I am 140 lbs, used it on flat ground, with pedal assist. It is advertised yo go 35-36 mph. I bought 2 of these bikes. They both have a govenor on them that tops out at 31 mph. They do not stay locked when you have them folded in half. So when you lift them they try to come unfolded. Making it very difficult for loading. One of the bikes rear brakes will not stay in adjustment causing it to have a very high squeel. And the other bike will not shift into 8th gear. I have noticed that the seller has updated some of the false advertising. But there are too many false advertisements for these bikes. These bikes are non-returnable due to the size and battery, but the seller will try and tell you that they are. They did try to work with me by offering to send me 2 more batteries, but I am stuck with 2 bikes that aren't anything as advertised. Purchase beware.
