My family bought 7 bikes 1 bike had a defect and caught fire. Only rode it 3 times three charges. I can not get a replacement or parts sent to me. Bike shop says they will have to change everything to fix bike cost $8-900 said I should by a new one.

One feature that stands out is how the brake lights activate automatically when you use the hand brake. Looking forward to fun trips! Still learning the details of riding. The bell is not meant for this bike, perhaps a tricycle for a child. Better instruction on how to start riding would be helpful as well.

It was simple instructions to set up. I have never had EBike before. I am 61 yrs old and able ride it just fine.Now just waiting for some good weather to ride it everyday. I can't wait to show it off to my friends. My driveway has small incline and when I am done riding.
